Mark was EXCELLENT! I went today and not only was I quickly in and out of there, but he pointed out an error I made on my registration that could have cost me $100 if I got pulled over. He didn’t have to tell me that, and I deeply appreciate his observational skills and efficiency as an operator at this establishment. I highly recommend this location and Mark! It is a “one at a time” type of location, so keep that in mind :-)

I was having a problem locating a previous emissions test - Mike went above and beyond to assist me and when we realized I needed a new test, I let him know which location I would be visiting. I told the guy my thermostat sensor was showing a engine lite he said it would be fine. Then he said it past and ask for a max tip. I put the small one the after I paid he suddenly said it fail for what I told him for. Then said state law said he can do that. Then he was very rude guided me out and kept guiding me to far to the rite I was going to hit the wall but hit my mirror on the wall. It's scratched up now.
