DEKRA Quik Check Emissions Test - 2500 San Mateo - NM

Basic smog check place. No one was in line when I pulled up so I was out of there in about 10 minutes. The guy running the place seemed disinterested but he was courteous and got the job done.

Wonderful customer service. Ronald was very helpful! Stopped just to have my emissions test to take to MVD for renewal of registration, Ronald let me know I could do it all with him! Thanks for saving me time! Very fast test also!

They were open on a Sunday. Service was fast. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Cost with tax included was $25.00. I always appreciate an easy transaction.

This place is amazing! I was able to get in and out in just a quick moments of time. Roland was the man! He and his crew know how to get the job done, and I would recommend anybody to come here any day of the week!

Had to get my emissions test to renew my registration. I failed my first test and Letitia was very sweet and understanding while I freaked out about the costs having to take it a mechanic. I took it to get fixed came back and it retested and passed! And she got me all set up with my renewed registration! She was so kind and understanding; love this place! Recommending to all my friends!

I love the oil change experience here. I always get a quick, efficient, and honest service and I never have had an issue. Definitely the best spot in ABQ. Kudos to Roland for always being so helpful and genuinely eager to help every time!

I was so happy with Roland or Rolando (I apologize). Today, I was so worried since my car had no insurance or registration since it had been non-operational for at least a few months and my apartment was going to tow it by 9pm (only 12 hr notice!) but Roland was good to me, recommended cheap insurance which I took him up on and came back and he was able to help me out soooo much so that I could get this all done in one day. I'm not sure if the business has changed hands or not but I have been going here for years and love the quick service as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

The gentleman that helped us was so rude from the get go. As soon as we drove up he was just a grumpy old man that should not be allowed to work with the public. It isn’t that hard to just be a nice person and he couldn’t do that. I went on 6/30/25 at 4:20 and I would have rather went somewhere else but because of where I bought my car from they sent me to that location. I hope he was just having a bad day but that isn’t an excuse to treat people the way he treated us.

After calling dekra and speaking with ROWLAND and explaining that I have a Groupon he confirmed that he had my kind of oil and we agreed I’d go in. He calls me back and tells me not to use the Groupon he’ll price match Groupons price. I get there and he tells me he didn’t know I didn’t have a car?! (Which he never even asked) and then tells me I’d have to have 8 EIGHT qts of oil for my pickup! My truck requires 6! So I left. And contacted Groupon as this has never happened before and IVE BEEN TO THAT LOCATION! So I’ decided to write a review and called the store. The other guy answered, and I asked who am I speaking with please and he said UMMMMMM an employee. WOW WOW SO DISRESPECTFUL and the complete opposite of good or even decent customer service! Rude and uninformative! I’ll never go back even though Groupon gave me a great deal for my trouble while they investigate my claim!
