Camilo was great! Very helpful and very kind! He gave me information that no one else had previously that would’ve save me a lot of trouble if I knew before. He was very thorough and I am very glad I chose to stop at this location!

I was the second car in line today to get a service done and while waiting for the vehicle in front of me to finish, I watched the driver of the car start yelling and sticking his hands in the technician Scott's face. He remained super respectful and tried to extend every courtesy he could to help but the man still yelled and proceeded to get in his car and leave. When I pulled up I met one of the most easy going professional and knowledgeable technicians I've come across in the decades I've been driving! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Scott was absolutely the most helpful employee I have ever come across in many decades who was not only competent but very knowledgeable and polite with his service. Also, it was an unbeatable price. Needed to renew emissions and registration and this was a One-Stop shop.

Camilo Lopez went above and beyond. I thought I needed emissions testing but I was good. He was able to get my new registration done in 5 minutes. Highly reccomend!

Camilo did an incredible job. He’s so personable and professional. I dropped something out of my bag and he looked underneath my car immediately to make sure nothing fell under. He was friendly and made me feel safe as a woman doing car related errands. He said one day he’d like to write a book about the people he meets doing his work. I really hope he writes his book someday. I’d love to read it!

We drive out of our way to use this emissions testing location because Dave is so great! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have used this location for at least 10 years and as long as Dave is there we will continue.

a lot of these good reviews look like AI. That has not been my experience at all. I've been here about 3 times and it has never been pleasant. The same man talks down to me very condescending and rude, and has made me pull around because he doesn't want people to leave with no regard to the business at hand. He has also sent me away because the check engine light is on, pre testing me when I know it is on, I needed the failed emissions test for paperwork. I will not be going here anymore as there are much better options like FasTesT Emissions - San Mateo close by.

Technician was rude the whole time. He clearly didn't like how low my car was, got mad when I offered to hold the hood and failed my car because he set up the RPM test wrong, all while talking down to me. I went to a different emission test place and my car passed just fine. This guy's a joke. This is my second experience with him and both were bad. I'm not coming back here. DON'T GO HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A LOW CAR, THIS GUY HATES THEM!! GO TO FASTEST ON SAN MATEO. TONY IS AWESOME!!!
