DEKRA Quik Check Emissions Test - 800 Juan Tabo - NM

So incredibly convenient and fast. The gentleman who worked the station was so with it, polite, and helpful. I didn’t even realize I could renew my registration there at the same time as getting emissions done so when he asked me if I wanted to, I was pumped! And at the end, he walked me through what each charge was for, and even put the stickers on for me. All in just a few short minutes. Thank you!

Floyd helped me after I got off a 10 hour shift and was very tired... He did the test in about 5-10 minutes and the entire time was super friendly and making jokes. I usually don't expect very good customer service in Albuquerque so when I run into someone who is genuinely happy about working it makes me happy.

Floyd was really awesome and literally got the test done very quickly. I was highly impressed. I went over on my lunch break and he had my test done in less then 5 minutes. WOOOOW I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I JUST WENT THROUGH OVER HERE AT THIS LOCATION ON SAN MATEO! I usually come to this location because I use Groupon. I always use Groupon and the last time I came here I was in the same vehicle and I used the Groupon and the guy was great and I had a great experience and I was gonna do a Groupon today I called to see how late they were open and to see how much a regular oil change was because my money situation and my oil in my vehicle situation is bad. I call and Roland Told me I told him that I had a Groupon and he said OK I we hung up. I was on my way. He calls me back offers me to price match whatever Groupon offered me so I came with just an hour before they close with a bad oil situation and when I get here, he says oh I didn’t know you had a truck. I thought you had a car I feel like it’s his job to ask what type of vehicle if he’s gonna offer me this price match that he’s offering me for Groupon he told me don’t use the Groupon all price match you so then I get here and he tells me this and now I don’t have now they’re closing and now I don’t have an oil change and then I call to find out his name and the other guy who’s working won’t even tell me his name I said who am I speaking with and he said unemployed that’s what he said to me if I could give -0 stars I would that was rude as hell that phone call answer guy the employee I’m pissed
