Due Now - Official Inspection Station #4

Hi! Just checking to see if this location is still open. I tried coming in last Saturday and another day and it was closed?

It would be -5 if I could. I am new to San Antonio and it was recommended that I go here for an inspection. Big mistake I got charged a total of $24, 7 for the state , 8.50 for a shop fee and 8.50 for a OIS fee. When I got home I looked up what an OIS Fee was and found out that in 2013 KSAT had done an article about their shady practices and they are still doing it to this day. 14 dollars is the max the state will allow for this charge. Go somewhere else, like jiffy lube or something. I will be reporting this to DPS.

Rode my motorcycle 20 minutes in the heat to find it closed. Called the number and they said I go to their location 30 miles away.

Tried to support this business today. I saw nobody in line so I figured why not? I drove up and waited 10 minutes in my car while I talked on the phone with my husband. The sign says wait so I waited. Nobody came out, so I honked the horn and no one was there, maybe they didn't see me? So.. I figured why not walk up and ask? I'm already here. When I did, I was told to wait some more, lol no thanks. Jiffy Lube gave me an incredible service, was in and out under 7 min, and it was nearly free. Now I understand the rating from this place...

Stopped by at 3:55pm and the place was actually closed!

Visited a couple of times within their mentioned open hours, but they are always closed!

Not open during open hours! I called and no answer. Not a good way to do business. Don’t waste time driving here.
