Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The prices are great. I was quoted over $3500 at the dealership for a leak in my evaporator case and the mechanic found no leak only a very dirty filter. Will be getting my car service here from now on. Thanks

DAVID AND HIS FAMILY ARE GOLDEN! I have a very close friend that runs a homeless charity in Jacksonville. She gives her all, both in time and expense, to help the homeless and drug addiction and is a senior citizen. She had a little mishap, leaving the charity recently and damaged her right rear quarter panel and wheel well on her beautiful Lincoln Continental. She was heartbroken and did not want it on her insurance and also did not have the funds to pay for repairs of that magnitude. I told her I would help and started to Google body shops that were "faith" driven. That is when I came upon Faith Automotive Body Shop. I spoke with the manager; his name is David. He listened to my plea to help this wonderful lady, and he said to bring it in the following week, and they would take a look at it. We met David, his mother and his fantastic dad and their body shop manager, they looked it over and said that they would help her. The price they offered her was significantly less than one other quote we had gotten, and she could not believe her ears. They instructed her to bring the car in on a Monday, and it would be ready on Thursday. Let me tell you, when we picked that car up, she almost cried, it was as beautiful as new, and make no mistake about it, she loved that car and was as happy as I had ever seen her. Our sincere gratitude to David and his team, on coming through 101%, providing such excellent service and backing the name of their company, "Faith". The diagnostic was free, and they utilized the same equipment as the official dealerships for both brands. This would have cost me around $280.00 elsewhere. So I have been going here for YEARS and the times I have strayed and went to another mechanic I have deeply regretted it. They are honest, patient, detailed , extremely kind and fair. For me it all started with convenience because I can walk from my house and drop it off and walk back but it has absolutely turned into a reliable source for to my car issues to be repaired in confidence . I cannot recommend them enough. Just great people .
