Thanks Greg and Abraham ! I went to get emissions done and I was in and out in about 20 mintutes. Even had time to get new wipers put on my car. These guys were efficient kind and knowledgeable. Greg I found the inspection paper in my car 😄 sorry about the reprint!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited First Rate Auto for an emissions test and the experience was amazing. They got me in right away and I was literally in and out in about 5 minutes. I even brought my two-year-old with me, and she loved all the paintings on the walls while we waited. The location was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Definitely one of the easiest and smoothest experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend First Rate Auto!

Great local shop, a hidden gem! My plates were expired and I needed an emissions test. I gave them a call, they were available, badda bing, badda boom! Not only did I get the test, they were able to renew my plates too. 15 minutes, in and out!! Fast, friendly, and a bunch of great kid art on the walls to boot!! I totally recommend these folks.

I needed an emissions test so i decided to come to this lovely shop and received the best customer service this year hands down. I needed my plate screw taken out it was stripped the owner took it off for me no hesitation no charge. I regret not updating my plates lol after he offered like I can do it online, just get them from him it’s convenient. I recommend coming here the aura is amazing and contagious. Emissions testing was fast and easy. Great service. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. Haven't had a service but by how the staff is will most likely come back. Will update stay tuned.

They even work past closing hours to ensure they meet promised deadlines. I had to have the alternator replaced on my vehicle. After checking out other repair shops, I knew I had to go to First Rate Auto. Having been a previous customer, they remembered me and they are the only repair shop who I trust with my vehicle. They provided me with comprehensive services, such as towing, diagnostics, education, parts and great repair work. All at an affordable price and all with dedicated attention. They towed my vehicle late afternoon on Sunday, had my alternator fixed by Monday morning. The turnaround time was incredible. Because it’s extremely inconvenient to be without a vehicle. They made what was scary to me very easy and very convenient. So efficient. Went in for an oil change on a rental vehicle, staff said tires needed were bad and needed to be changed, never asked if I had time to wait and FOUR HOURS later I'm still here in a freezing cold room nobody bothered to ask if I had the time to wait or even updated me on how long this would take!!! Absolutely terrible customer service would not recommend this place they have no respect for peoples time! There's no way anyone should be doing any service that takes this long without asking customer if they have the time to wait!😡
