South Milwaukee Car Care Center

I have always taken my cars here since I moved to South Milwaukee 10 years ago. I know that I can trust them to do only what is needed and at a very fair price. I feel comfortable bringing my car in and saying check it over and do what needs to be done and have confidence that I’m getting really good work done and not being taken advantage of or gouged when it’s time to pay. Highly recommend South Milwaukee Car Care!

I needed to replace my radiator and condenser after a guy without insurance hit me some months ago. It was half the price of another quote I got at a dealer and completed in a reasonable time frame, as one part was delayed. My air conditioning and car are running better and it was easy to get to and from the shop on the bus from where I live. They were easy to text with and very communicative. Would go here again

Wonderful from drop off to pick up. Got me scheduled and got my car in fast. They changed my transmission fluid quickly and efficiently and before I knew it, I received the call that I could pick up my car. I was quoted a price before I secured the appointment, but when I returned to pick up my car, it was even less than what I was quoted. And who wouldn’t love that. This is the very first time I’ve had my car worked on by someone other than my husband, and I am above impressed with the quality of Service they provided.

I got my tire sensors replaced. This was the first time I went to south Milwaukee care center. I was very satisfied with the price and service. This will be my new place for service and repairs.

All the problems that we wanted serviced were addressed and corrected. While the vehicle was there, other issues needing attention where found on the car, we were told they are "things to watch". Also, we were given estimates on fixing these issues... much appreciated for planning purposes. In closing, we recently had both our vehicles serviced at SM Car Care Center, I am pleased with their work.

These guys know what they are doing. I wish I had found them sooner. They took pictures and explained exactly what was happening and what repairs needed to be done. I will be bringing my vehicles here for service and will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

These guys were great they communicated with me every step of the way. Made sure I was aware of all my options. They worked with my warranty company so that was a plus. They did have to order the parts but I understand that. They got them as soon as they could and did the work in one day so that was great to have the car back right away. I felt like they respected me as a customer and I really appreciated that. I have heavy pessimistic feelings about going to mechanics and they made me feel comfortable the whole time. I'll definitely go back hopefully not too soon though 🤣

I was very happy with the service at South Milwaukee Car Care. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, affordable and listened to my concerns. The drop box for drop offs is really convenient too.
