Went for my emissions on my break and was in and out in 10 minutes. Quick friendly service. It was recommended to me and I would recommend as well.
Always go here for emissions. I get in and out quickly on Saturdays.
Was able to get me an appointment same day for an inspection on a used car before I bought it. Saved me from buying a car with a blow head gasket and the inspection was very reasonably priced
I started having a rattling noise in my front end when accelerating & turning. Needed a garage to look at it & was recommended Frenchy’s by my neighbor. I had no idea if it was the CV joints, bearings or worse. They called me & said it was just a loose heat shield & it was all fixed. Went to pick up my car & asked the girl at the desk what I owed her & she said nothing! I couldn’t believe it! Not only are they honest at this garage but they fixed my problem without costing me a cent! I will now be a loyal customer to them for any future automotive needs & I will also praise them & recommend them to anyone I know that needs a mechanic. Thank you so much Frenchy’s!
Hard working. Reliable. Trustworthy. Knowledgable. True to his word on the quote, even though, the actual cost ended up to be over $1000 more than the quote! My husband and I tried to get the mechanic to take at least a few hundred more than the quote, to cover his losses, but he refused. We wanted to give them a special shout out to show our appreciation!! Talk about generosity! We will be back, and hope others go there too! Photo for attention. I LOVE my Honda Odyssey! This is her being towed to Frenchies. Very grateful for this mechanic shop. ❤️
RJ and team are honest, fair, and efficient with their service. Being newer to the area, I took a chance on Frenchy’s and had a vehicle that’s been in at least 6 times In past year because it started causing me different issues (car is older with semi high mileage). Each time I was satisfied with the repairs and when it came to a point where I needed a head gasket repaired, RJ was honest and told me I should trade it in and cut my losses instead of having me put more money into it. I’m happy to have taken a chance on these guys and found a local, reliable mechanic that is fairly priced.
My family and I have been going to Frenchy’s for about 20 years. I haven’t needed to go for repairs lately except for rotors and brake pads for my civic as my car was new. Fall of 2023 I got front rotors and pads for about 350 including labor. just got rear rotors ,today which I hear are smaller than the front and I was charged 450 plus labor. Then they charged me for a needed battery $247 when the Honda dealer quoted me $195 including labor. Maybe Frenchy’s battery is better , I don’t know. The cashier said all rotors are differently priced. I left not feeling good like I used to. 8/6/25 Since Frenchy left , Frenchy’s isn’t good anymore. The use cheap quality parts. Within 2 years both of my rotors had to be replaced.
These people are not only crooks they are incompetent! I went in for a noise that I was very sure was from a bad wheel bearing, They came back with the diagnosis of a bad inner and outer tie rod. I went against my intuition and gave them my trust and paid $581.00 for the job. When I get my car back not only is the noise still persistent but louder as well. I call them they tell me to bring it down and tell me its a bad wheel bearing. I told them they should have told me this in the first visit they had no reply to that. So I told them do not touch my car, I will be picking it up. I bring my car to another mechanic and when they removed the bad wheel bearings they noticed that the inner tie rod boot was destroyed, something that Frenchy's should have noticed when replacing the outer tie rod but failed to mention it to me. I hope this review will help others in their decision making.
