The process of what I needed may not have taken a long time, all I needed was an inspection. I was just impressed with the fact I made an appointment, they saw me at my appointment time and got me in and out of there. It wasn’t like they weren’t busy with other people. Plus, the guy was really nice . The other place I had tried previously, was rude, they looked down their nose at the fact I even ansked if they did inspections. They had stopped doing them because there was “no money in it.” Maybe there isn’t, but regardless the guy I dealt with here didn’t treat me any different than if he was making good money at the transaction. It ensures I would give them my business in the future when the time comes!!

As I driving my car my oil light came on. I saw this service station and immediately pulled in. Spoke to the gentlemen who said he would look at it. Turns out my engine is gone and there was a recall. They were so nice to hold the car for 4 days while I dealt with the nightmare that was getting the car into the dealership and scheduling a tow. He double checked to be sure I had a tow because he didn't want me to drive the car in the condition it is. I will definitely be going to them in the future for all of my car needs!

Best service around one of the last full service gas stations helped me out lent me tools when I caught a flat tire the kids in the front are the best they definitely have a bright future

Called to ask about an emissions test. The employee, who didn't give his name, was very short with me, like he was annoyed I called. Then hung up before I had a chance to ask any more questions. I guess they are busy enough they can afford to treat potential customers like a nuisance.

Poor service as a black woman. I went in by myself as a black woman, they didn’t give me great service. My dad(a white man) took my car in and had no problems. And the boys at the counter kept making undercover racists remarks to themselves behind the counter while i was waiting for my car. I left in tears.
