Guilford Texaco service advisor Dream Shrader provided me one of best service I have ever experienced. She agreed to do the emission test for me when I arrived only a few minutes before closing. She was kind, warm and professional. I am a new customer and because of her, I will come back if I need more work done for my car.

Just bought a used car here for my daughter. Jim registered the vehicle and had plates for me within 30 minutes. Jim and Casey really went the extra mile to provide a great experience with exceptional service. Thank you Guilford Texaco Team!

Great experience! Brought our service van in for an alignment and they found bad steering components that needed to be replaced. They got everything fixed the same day and had us back on the road fast. Honest, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I’ve used Guilford Texaco several times for routine services like emissions testing and tire repairs, and they’ve always been reliable. Most recently, I had an issue with one of my tires that they initially fixed. About a month later, the same tire started acting up again, so I brought it back in. They quickly identified the problem (a leaking valve this time) resolved it, and didn’t charge me anything. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work.

Highly recommend! I stopped in today because something underneath my car came loose and was dragging on the ground. They quickly fixed it at no charge. A few years ago, they did a lot of work on my car including new battery, brakes and tires. Price was very fair and less than dealership wanted to charge. Honest and trustworthy mechanics.

Texaco has never let me down over many, many years. I am however disappointed that they no longer are connected to AAA towing. They still honor AAA for a labor discount, but if stranded in Guilford, CT don't expect prompt service from AAA. Expect hours instead of minutes.

Recently had 4 new tires put on my car. Totally satisfied with level of friendliness and professionalism. Casey was great to deal with. Will be back with any future auto needs. A pleasure to deal with this small business.

We had an amazing experience with Guilford Texaco for towing my car from Branford, CT to Lexington, MA. Very professional with great customer service through dispatch person through the driver delivering my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

The worst,most rude,overpriced,unenthusiastic,unkind service station I have ever had the displeasure of bringing my vehicle into. I think they may just make up their prices on the spot. Very unpleasant,would give 0 stars if I could.
