Happy Birthday Emissions is the very best Emissions Inspection Business that I've been to in Metro Atlanta and I've lived here over 31 years. The owner Alex Novak is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. I have two cars that are over 20 years old (that have been well maintained) and for the last few years I only take them to Alex. He has been in business since 2008. If you're having a problem with a check engine light he'll consult with you about what is most likely causing your car to fail the emissions test. He is very accommodating and really cares about your car passing the GA emissions test. If you have a check engine light on don't wait until the last minute. Take your car to Alex a couple of months before your car's next registration is due. You'll be glad you did.
Just got my first emissions done and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Not only was it quick and easy, but the service was genuine and nice. Located in a great in and out location, this should be everyone's go to emissions testing location in East Roswell/Alpharetta.
Such a kind man with great customer service! I was nervous to get my emissions done without my husband. The employee (possibly owner?) was super kind and courteous. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all! Anytime he opened the door or touched anything on the car he asked my permission and explained what he was doing. He even let me stay in the car and keep the AC running for the majority of the appointment. The entire appointment took less than 5 minutes including the wait time.
Such good customer service! I arrived while the owner was at the end of his lunch. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate him. He did the test in just a few min. Thank you!!!!
