ICDI Diesel Repair

They explained things very well. Answered all my questions and gave me great advice. They diagnosed the problem fast and were able to repair my vehicle very fast. They did really good by me.

I brought my 38 foot diesel pusher Motorhome to ICDI on two occasions for major repair work. The entire staff and techs at ICDI is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with! The first visit to ICDI was an emergency repair job I needed done promptly. The technicians got me in and performed the repair work immediately and got me back on the road. It’s nice finding a repair shop that focuses on customer service and quality work. I won’t take my motorhome anywhere else to have work performed on it. ICDI for life!

I love how the day you bring your rig in is the day they diagnose, and if parts are available the day they do the work! My previous diesel mechanic would often have my rig for weeks "working on it." Excellent diagnosticians, quality work. Priced reasonably especially for my Mercedes-made diesel engine!

ICDI DIESEL serviced my ‘98.5 Ram 3500 DW with care, competence, and timeliness. All the grease fittings were hit, filters changed, top of the line oil put in, adjusted my real brakes, and replaced a rear axle differential pinion seal. All at a reasonable price. They will always be my diesel docs! I will go to them until my truck dies or I do. I’ll probably go first. ICDI takes better care of my truck than my docs do of me!

Had an intake and tone wheel replaced on our 2015 Ram Ecodiesel along with new hoses and belt. The after pictures show how clean the tech completed the project and it runs great! Family business that I highly endorse and would recommend to anyone needing quality service at a fair price.

Brought a 2015 diesel Jetta in with a check engine light on. Staff very easy to get a hold of for updates and got a detailed text with a link to services provided before picking up my vehicle. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff.

Wow, 3 different shops looked at my truck. All wanting to throw gobbs of money at it. The last shop was in Yakima. Came up here from West Richland an was immediately impressed. Had the problem diagnosed quickly. No new tunes, no new inner cooler, no new motor, just a bug stuck in the mass air flow sensor. Great job! The looked over the whole truck, no major concerns. The fixed one of the hoses, all for under $400. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Well worth the drive!!

ICIDI diesel in Spokane was amazing start to finish. We use lots mechanic shops for our diesel trucks. And this is by far and away the best I’ve ever seen. Would highly recommend to anyone and I will tell anyone who asks to head that way. Thanks again!

My customer experience at ICDI was exceptional. Text communication and scheduling was easy and clear. Most importantly my extensive repair was completed correctly and on time.
