Very friendly, and fast. There may be a wait only because of the amount of people that come for inspections, but even with 8 people in front of you, it goes quick and gets the job done. Make sure to bring cash

The guys here are great! Same day service! Just back into a spot, sign in and wait in your car for an hour approx and plz leave them a 5$ tip like I did, they deserve it! This is my new go to place! 💯👍

First come first serve, no need to make an appointment. I would recommend going early in the day because sometimes they’re not busy and sometimes they’re slammed. You can call ahead and there’s a 20 minute wait by the time you get there there’s a 2+ hour wait. The longest I’ve ever waited is two hours and sometimes I get here early enough that I’m the first one in. They do require cash only. I think it’s $36, bring 40 and give them a four dollar tip. The guys here are always nice but sometimes stressed and busy. I prefer this place because I don’t have to make an appointment. I can show up whenever I have time.

Had to get an emissions test done and found this place. I came and it was two people ahead of me. I was in within 10mins and was out within 5. Everything was quick and easy! It cost $24 cash. Guy was nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for your inspections

You get there a little early Park in prkg lot Go inside Cash only and can be cheaper than advertised prices . Pay up to $30 or less for emissions or safety check. I went in morning and waited for a little less than 30 minits and paid $22 for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma so.....

I recently moved here from out of state and needed a Missouri vehicle inspection to register my vehicle. I was charged $75 and told that was the required price. After going to the DMV, I was informed that the state inspection fees are $12 for the safety inspection and $24 for the emissions inspection, for a total of $36. While waiting, I noticed a paper inside listing amounts including $12, $24, $36, and $75. Seeing those amounts made me question why I was charged $75. I also noticed several customers being charged similar amounts. Many appeared to be Spanish-speaking customers, which raised concerns for me about whether everyone was being clearly informed about the fees being charged. In addition, what appeared to be dealer vehicles with license plates beginning with “D” seemed to be moved ahead of other customers who had been waiting. I also observed several larger trucks being processed very quickly and did not appear to receive the same level of inspection from what I could see. To make matters worse, I was not provided an itemized receipt showing the services performed or a breakdown of the charges I paid. As someone new to the area, this experience left me with serious concerns about transparency and fairness. I would encourage customers to ask for an itemized receipt, verify the inspection fees, and make sure they understand exactly what they are paying for before handing over their money.

I previously brought my Lexus here for an inspection and, during that visit, specifically asked whether they also perform motorcycle inspections. The employee at the front desk told me they did. When I returned today for a motorcycle inspection, the employee immediately asked if I knew “Frank.” I said no, and he responded that he was “not taking any motorcycles on this date” and implied that if I didn’t know Frank, I shouldn’t come there for a motorcycle inspection. The interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was given conflicting information and felt like I was being treated differently for no clear reason. Very disappointing customer service experience. I went up the street to Russ Garage. They were professional I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Don't bother with this place the customer service is horrible.

Came in on a Thursday at 3PM, but was told that safety inspections are not offered after 2PM/3PM. They said if you come back the next day before 2PM/3PM, they can get you in no problem. On the next day, Friday, I came all the way back in before noon, and they were only doing emissions testing. I asked why, and received a rude reply that made it seem like they just didn’t feel like doing them until Monday. Unreliable and impolite, wouldn’t recommend. Go to SpeedEmissions in Overland instead, extremely friendly with no issues.
