These guys were a HUGE lifesaver!! My friends and I were visiting OKC from out of state when my brakes almost completely stopped working- the car wasn’t even coming to a complete stop. I was super panicked, but they got us in right away! They were very sweet and showed us the part that was broken and walked us through step by step what probably happened and what needed done. I ended up needing my brake line replaced and some new brake fluid, and they went above and beyond to go get the parts we needed, even though it was past 8pm. We were in and out within 2 hours, everything good as new!! I would definitely recommend these kind gentlemen!!

My friends and I are from out of state on our little yearly vacation, and the brakes started giving us problems right as we got to scissortail park yesterday. As it was after 8pm I was hoping that their would somehow be a shop open and stumbled upon this one that was within 10 minutes away. It can be spooky to show up at a random auto place, especially when you arent from here, but overall the experience was good. They helped us the moment we got there, quickly figured out it was a problem with the break line, physically showed us what the problem was, and had us continuing with our vacation about 2 hrs later. This place can be a life saver if you are having concerning vehicle problems in the Scissortail Park/Oklahoma City Convention Center! I appreciate this place so much! 😊

This is not a fake review! This is my second time with the shop with my car, and I have to say both times they have done amazing with my car and finding the problem and getting it fixed quickly and efficient. To the point that he(Chris) only charged me for the part on both times. Coming from several other mechanics who dont take the time to check and make sure your running. Was stock on the highway, called a couple of shops non was willing to come to me fortunately I found jackports shop and when we called he came straight to us in less than 30mins. He ended up towing me to his shop and had my water pump and alternator changed in less than 3hrs. Thank you Jackport u saved my life today🤝 will definitely recommend this shop to the world!!!🔥🔥🔥

These guys are quick! A life saver on the weekend with their extended hours. I believe their pricing was fair, especially considering their available at all hours. They have a messy lot and they don't really do much paperwork, but they seem to know what they're doing with the thing that matters... Your car. I think I found my new car guys!

Or first time getting serviced here they responded fast enough we had the tow truck tow our KIA to their shop. They diagnosed it and fixed it within 5 hours. We were able to take it home the same day. Great customer service. Thank you guys so much.
