After recently moving to Oklahoma, we’ve struggled to find a shop we could truly trust for oil changes and routine auto maintenance. After a couple of disappointing experiences where my wife felt dismissed, we decided to try SpeeDee Oil & Auto based on the great Google reviews and we’re so glad we did. Dustin, the General Manager, and his entire team were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, courteous, honest, and took the time to explain everything without making us feel pressured. Most importantly, they treated us with respect and made my wife feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. It’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely values customer service and takes pride in doing things the right way. We’ve found our new go-to shop, and we’ll absolutely be returning for future maintenance and repairs. Thank you, Dustin and the entire SpeeDee team, for earning our trust. Stopped in super last minute on a Sunday.. Billy and Levi jumped up so fast I didn’t even realize they were both coming to help me! One checked me in while the other checked under the hood. They worked so seamless as a team and I swear to you this was the fastest and most efficient service I’ve ever received from ANYWHERE! They took the time to answer my questions but also handled their business quickly. I’m thoroughly impressed! This was my second time coming here but even though I had different people their customer service is always 10/10. Will keep coming back!

I drive all the way from Yukon to deep north Edmond just to have my vehicle serviced at this location because the service is so great. These guys from management on down have always went above and beyond to get me taken care with ultimate satisfaction. Greatest hospitality and customer service I’ve experienced at an auto shop. They’re very quick and efficient and thorough with everything they offer and do. Will always come back to do business with the management and crew at this location that are in place now. Perfect team at this location.

Billy was very nice and took his time to explain everything to me. The team wasn’t pushy like other places — they simply gave me a list of recommendations and left it at that. There was no pressure or upselling at all. Overall, they were professional, informative, and very helpful. I really appreciated the honest and comfortable experience.

They ran diagnostics right away, found the problem quickly, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The team was professional, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. They got the repairs done faster than I expected, and the price was fair for the work they did. No pressure, just solid, honest service. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable shop that knows what they’re doing!

I had a wonderful experience everyone was extremely polite and attentive I was offered a $25 discount for a new customer and the oil change was done in less than 10min. The manager told me that they are trying to remove the bad reputation the fast oil change places have. Being a life long Toyota dealership customer I was treated much nicer at the quick oil change place. Not to mention that you get to speak face to face to the mechanic on duty who is serving your car and you get to thank them for job well done( this is never the case at the dealerships) . Highly recommend!!!

The guys were extremely nice. I went in for an oil change. Two things caused me to remove two stars. The first thing was my oil reset sensor wasn’t reset. Every time I start my car it still shows like I need an oil change. Also, the full however many point inspection that they do with every car, it wasn’t done with mine. The rubber is missing off my windshield wiper on the passenger side. They never even mentioned it. I was looking at the wipers behind the counter the whole time. I gave 3 stars because I will admit the two guys I interacted with were very nice.

Being honest. First visit. The oil on that vehicle was done in August. Shy of 90 days. The tech said the oil was very black 'without showing the stick" and offerd a small bottle of dirty oil break up for $24.99. Im use to offers and recommendations tactics from similar shops. The tech should've showed me the oil stick like they showed me the air filter. You should always show the oil stick before an oil change and after the oil change. Cost for the oil change and extra was $146.00 $89.00 for oil change $16.00 im not sure what this charge was for. It says dexos. Maybe extra qt of oil. $24.99 for oil cleaner. $4.99 for shop tools.?? I normally pay 50 for oil change at Hibdon After this visit. I read the reviews which I normally do prior to doing new business and I'm feeling like I need to go to my personal mechanic and make sure everything is ok.
