Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare

I arrived at the Jiffy Lube in Draper on Bangerter with a unique request or so I thought. Neither my husband nor my 30 something son (who works out everyday, btw) could get my damaged license plates unscrewed. I was greeted by Brady with a smile and a “no problem! Pull over there!” He set right to work immediately while I waited in my car. He had some help from Chris and within 5 minutes they had both my license plates removed and when I asked them what I owed them, they said it was no charge! My husband and I have always brought our cars here for oil changes and emissions checks in the past and have been taken good care of. After today, we will continue to come here and tell our friends! I would truly recommend their service and knowledgeable employees to everyone ! Thank you Brady and Chris! Jiffy Lube is very lucky to have you!

There customer service was amazing. They all had smiles and positive professional attitudes. I trust my car for all services they do and I highly recommend this specific location. Worth the drive. And when i checked out the manager gave me a discount.

It was so busy when I arrived at 5pm needing my break pads replaced and an oil change as well as safety & emissions. But the manager Aldin assured me he could take care of my car quickly. And not only did he take care of my car quickly, but he did it thoughtfully and honestly. He tested my battery for free and got me a new battery in the nick of time. Lifesaver! He let me know my break pads had half a life left which is so honest! He gave me good advice about what to do. He gave me a great price which I’m so thankful for and definitely lived up to the Jiffy status cause it was done in a jiffy! Thank you Aldin 🙏

I typically don’t write reviews, but Aldin and his team at Jiffy Lube took such great care of me and my car. I came in late for an oil change and needed some routine maintenance, and as a single mom it can be hard to keep track of everything my car needs. Their team was honest, kind, and made sure my car was safe and running well for me and my girls. I truly appreciated how well they treated me, and I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend Aldin and his team to anyone looking for trustworthy service. Thanks for making it a great Mother’s Day weekend guys!

5 Stars – Fantastic Experience! I had a great visit at Jiffy Lube today and I’m giving them a full 5 stars. Every single person I spoke with or who helped me was super friendly and professional. They made the whole process quick and easy from start to finish. They even proactively checked and offered to replace my cabin air filter (which I didn’t ask for). When I said no, they didn’t push at all — they just politely let me know it would need to be done soon. That kind of honest, low-pressure service is exactly what I look for. Highly recommend this location if you want fast, friendly, and trustworthy service!

🏆 Exceptional Service and Customer Care The service at this location is absolutely amazing. The entire team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle's maintenance schedule. They made me feel like a valuable customer, not just another transaction. A special shout-out to the manager, Colin Jenkins. Months after my oil change, I needed the invoice, and even though I had relocated out of the area (and this wasn't part of their standard practice), Colin was an absolute pleasure to deal with and promptly provided my receipt. It's truly refreshing to encounter a business that prioritizes doing what is best for the customer rather than defaulting to "policy." I am thrilled to have found this shop and will certainly be stopping by whenever I return to Utah.

We’ve been coming to Jiffy for oil changes for couple years, and they’ve always done an excellent job! The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional every single time. Most recently, they helped us with a rock chip on our windshield — quick, clean repair and great value. We’ve also had them replace our brakes, and the work was done perfectly. It’s great having a place you can trust for honest service and consistent quality. Highly recommend Jiffy for oil changes, brakes, and all around reliable auto care!

Jiffy Lune is right by my office. We all run our vehicles over there for our oil change and other pesky stuff, (like wiper blades). They are efficient, and I never worry leaving my vehicle there, if they have a ton of cars already in line. Great service

Nice men there to help out, there were two cars in bay and my car. They were quick to help me when I pulled up and were helpful with pricing and ensured I used my coupon. I did get the itemized list of services provided which show cleaned windows and vacuuming but as far as I could tell, it didn’t happen. I only had the minimum oil change due to pricing of $125 w/o coupon for full synthetic oil and filter and w/coupon $98. I would think with the pricing and specialization of services it would be quick but it took 40 minutes. Three stars were due to pricing as I see big o tires advertising $50 for full synthetic oil change and slow incomplete service.

Took my car here to get an oil change and all seemed well. After a few days my car began giving me a CEL which is mainly caused due to no oil pressure. Of course the low oil pressure light follows and I'm left on the side of the highway to not cause further damage. Once I get home I drain my oil only to see it looked like the same old oil that was inside of it before I took it to get changed! Less than a quart in an engine that requires 4.5 so Im not even sure they swapped it. Wont be coming back.
