Great experience. Drove up and it took about 10 minutes. Didn't even have to get out of the car, $14.99 if paying cash, $15.50 if you're using a card. Employee was nice and took care of everything quickly.
I got no hi, no please, no thank you, no eye contact, no friendly wave, guy stuck his hand out for the cash and then threw the certificate at me. Yikes! Sure, you'll save $5 but the rudeness was uncalled for. I note the great reviews here but maybe the guy got out of the wrong side of bed that day? I went back out in the afternoon for my other car to Berkeley lake emissions and it was night and day, what a gentleman, he even gave me a chocolate.
