Webster. That’s really all this review needs to say, but I’ll say more. In a world where getting your emissions done is just another errand you dread, Webster somehow makes it the best part of your day. He makes you feel like your car, your situation and your time actually matter. Kennesaw Mega Emissions is lucky. And honestly, so is anyone who pulls into his lane. After reading what other customers are saying, it’s obvious I’m not the only one who’s felt it. People are driving over an hour just to come back to him. That says everything. Clearly, if customer trust, word-of-mouth, and the kind of reputation that actually keeps a business thriving had a face at Kennesaw Mega Emissions, it would be Webster’s, hands down.

After going to six different emissions stations and having inspectors abort the test and tell me “Sorry, I’m not able to test your car” just because it was taking longer than usual, I was completely frustrated and honestly ready to give up. Then I came to this station and met Webster and everything changed. Webster didn’t rush, didn’t give excuses, and didn’t give up on me or my car. Instead, he happily took the time to help, explained exactly why the test was taking longer, and walked me through the technology of my Volvo like he was there when it was manufactured and assembled. His knowledge was unreal, and the way he explained things made everything finally make sense. What really surprised me was how quickly the test succeeded once he handled it. After all that stress at other stations, watching Webster calmly and confidently get it done felt incredible. I walked out not just relieved, but genuinely impressed by his work ethic, expertise, and attitude. I was so frustrated before that I had even considered giving up on my Volvo. But now? I’m on top of the world and definitely keeping it! Listen I live almost an hour and half away, and it doesn’t matter at all: this is now my go-to emissions station. They clearly value their customers and actually care about what they do, which is rare these days. I’ve honestly never tipped anyone much before, but this time I had to. I didn’t just receive a service, I received an experience. Huge thanks to Webster and the team at this station. Worth every mile of the drive. 🙌

Inspector W is an absolute rockstar. Young, sharp, insanely friendly, and clearly born for this job, he knows his stuff inside and out and actually cares about answering every single question you have. The service was fast, flawless, and so thorough it made me wish I owned a whole fleet of cars just to keep coming back. Best emissions station experience I have ever had, hands down, and Inspector W’s personality alone makes this place worth the trip. Highly recommend this station without hesitation.

From the moment I pulled in, I was impressed. The site is unbelievably neat, organized, and welcoming — honestly cleaner than any emissions station I’ve ever visited. But the highlight was the young gentleman who helped me. This guy has unmatched positive energy. Friendly, humble, professional, clearly loves what he does, and genuinely one of the most down-to-earth people I’ve ever met. He’s incredibly knowledgeable — you can tell he’s sharp, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in his work. He turned what is normally a boring, quick errand into an unforgettable, enjoyable experience. Not many people can do that! His charisma and customer service skills are top-tier. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated me like a valued customer, not just another car in line — the kind of employee every business wishes they had. If the owner is reading this: this young man is a true asset to your business. He absolutely deserves recognition, and honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better representative of your brand. I have used this location twice for my emissions. Today I pulled in at 5:22 p.m. I was expecting to be turned away. Which would be justifiable because it was so close to closing. Nope this gentleman greeted me the same way he did last year, and had my emissions done within 5 minutes. Easiest trip ever.

Although we had a wait a min because he had stepped away, my daughter and I both drove through quickly and easily. The attendant was very nice, and professional. And, we live like 5 mins away, so our experience was great all the way around!😊

The attendant was rude. I asked him for a printed copy when he completed the emissions test and he said the printer was broken. He said I didn't have to pay the $20 and then said I didn't want to pay because he was black. What kind of stupid BS is that? All I did was ask for a receipt because I was paying cash. I gave him the money and left. Horrible experience, horrible attendant, and he shouldn't be working with the public.

Bo one on duty during normal business hours. Waited over approximately 10 -15 minutes before the attendant showe up walking from across the street and taking his sweet time while the equipment was left unattended and open for anyone to mess with it. The phone numbers listed to call for any problems only go to voice mail and no one answers . Then the emmsion took what it seems like an eternity approximately 15 min. So in and out and I was the only customer at the time (11.16.2024) took approximately 30 minutes . Avoid business with this place take that business somewhere else for emmisin testing!!!
