Great experience they didn’t try to take advantage of me and they got my truck in and out the same day. The shop was clean and staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back to have my vehicles serviced

Great service here, made an appointment online and waited in the lounge (good wifi) for about an hour while getting an alignment, rotate and balance. Friendly and don't push upsells like most places. Prices are very competitive too!

My daughter is a student at UAB and had a tire that was low. She went to Legacy Tire &Service where Brandon was super accommodating and took care of her. Her tires are not normally kept in stock as she drives a Mustang with run flats on the back. He had a tire ordered, delivered and her back on the road in a couple of hours. Thanks for being efficient and friendly. As a parent of a college student that lives away from home it’s businesses like this that we all need to know about.

I got great service at Legacy. They got me in last minute for a steering rack adjustment and alignment. The cost was very competitive with the other shops I've used in town. I'd definitely recommend Legacy for your automotive repair and tire needs.

The short version is they did such a great job with my emergency tire replacement that after failed attempts to get tires elsewhere, I came back here! A few weeks ago I had to call AAA to tow my car because the spare tire collapsed. Legacy was the closest approved repair shop and I got lucky! They did a great job. My new tire was ordered and installed in less than two hours. They explained why my spare tire did what it did and repaired it for free. I came back to get the other three tires later because I knew they would do the job quickly, correctly and do it well

1-1/2 weeks after I got two new tires from Legacy, I hit a curb which gave the tire a flat. I was told it had insurance on the tire, and even though the insurance was not applied by the company, Legacy, out of their own pockets & profits, paid for the new tire, balancing and labor. Any time in the future when I have (or cause) problems with my car, this is the company I will go to because that is what I call honest to god Customer Service.

My experience was great. The team kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle. In addition to replacing the struts on my vehicle (they could not find anything wrong with the brakes), I asked them to investigate the persistent rattling that you can hear coming from the back. First, I am most pleased with the quick return of my vehicle. Not only does my vehicle rides much better than before but the persistent rattling noise you can barely hear now. Last, I do appreciate their honesty. While my vehicle was in their possession, I received a notification from OnStar that the tire pressure was low on the front passenger side. I called them about the notification and they explained while test driving the vehicle they ran over a nail and the tire could not be repaired so they replaced it with a new tire at no charge to me. Great customer service and quality work! Thank you so much! I will be back!!!

They do good work for a good price. Glad I took my car here. Conveniently located, fast service, and done with a friendly smile. Most importantly, they were honest. I knew for a fact I needed rear brakes, but wasn’t sure about the front. I asked them to check them and let me know if they needed to be replaced or not. They could have told me that they did, charged me for it, and I never would have known. Lots of places would, but not these guys. They’re straight up and that means something to me. I’ll be back next time I need something done!
