I didn’t end up getting my vehicle serviced at MAG Payless Car Care because the specific issue I had wasn’t something they could handle, but I was so impressed with their customer service! The staff went out of their way to provide me with helpful information and even recommended other local businesses that could assist me. This saved me so much time and effort researching on my own. Their willingness to help, even when they weren’t getting my business that day, really stood out to me. In the future, I’ll definitely check with MAG Payless Car Care first for anything I need—they’ve earned my trust!

They were super friendly and extremely helpful! They did all the leg work with the warranty company, which made the whole process super easy. The only thing I had to do was drop my car off and then pick it up the very next day! That's it!

I had an amazing experience at MAG Payless Car Care. The excellent customer service began from the first interaction. I called to schedule an oil change, bulb change, and wheel alignment. They asked why I thought I needed one to make sure that was the case, and I told him I was embarrassed to say. His tone immediately changed, and he was very sympathetic without pitying me. He made the appointment and I was very pleased. When I got there, they got my car in and out right away. I didn't have to wait long at all. When they brought it out to me, they said they wouldn't do an alignment until I could get another part of the suspension repaired, but didn't charge me anything for looking at it, and gave me a reasonable quote for the additional work. I will definitely be going back as soon as I can afford it. I highly recommend them.

I have been going here for regular maintenance since buying my car next door. Everyone is so helpful! I had a major repair that needed done to my Jeep and the staff was very knowledgeable and informative. They took the time to explain the issue to me, kept me in the loop every step of the way and made my experience pain free! I really felt like they cared about me and doing the best thing for my vehicle in the long run.

My mom brought a car from there and a little over a month it start having problems! & when she called to fix or to see if they could help fix the problem they NEVER RETUNED HER CALLS! Still hasn’t returned her calls! Horrible after care!!!

Great business relationship with the service department until I purchased a lemon of a car from them. Would NOT recommend. Having to dump a quart of oil every 500 miles isn't normal after they assured me that the repairs which cost $1500 would resolve it and did NOT.
