Always a great experience but this time was 10/10! Mr.Dewy (I hope i’m saying it right) was very very helpful and honest when it came to information. He didn’t try to get over on me or upcharge because I was young. His exceptional professionalism and kindness are the reason I will always come back to spend money instead of the dealership! I had a ton of work to get done and they were done by the end of the day and I truly appreciate that!

This place does things the right way. The old fashioned way, meaning thoroughly with integrity and efficiency. I waited for two vehicle appointments about an hour for each. I heard honest conversations from the counter, I saw hustle from every mechanic coming through the shop with a ticket and the owner and manager were getting dirty with the guys and they don’t skip corners. They offered a ride for a customer, the place was clean and busy. You can tell this place is led, not managed and led well. A rare quality in this world. I received valuable estimates and info on my cars, not “upsell” or “tactics.” Thanks for the service gentlemen. A great little spot in Raytown. Great service, great value. I had an issue with a tire, and they were able to quickly get me in, and resolved the issue. Their service, team members, and prices are why they are the only service center I will take my car.

Logan and Mike are outstanding to work with. They were able to get me in with hardly any notice for an impromptu inspection and gave me quotes on servicing a Japanese grey market import. If you know how much of a pain that is you know how big of a deal it is. Super professional staff and you can tell they love what they are doing!

I went into this appointment expecting to be ripped off and talked to like a "stupid female" because I am now alone in this great big world. Neither of those things happened. I was respected, my car's issues were explained to me, and I was given choices. The actual problem was much less than I expected, and no one tried to tell me otherwise. I paid MUCH less than I expected to that day and even got my oil changed because I had money left that I didn't think I would have!! I need two new tires (but, I was told I needed four of them at the last place I went) and will absolutely have them replaced at R & L. As a big bonus, the place is clean. The showroom is neat and orderly, vending machines are readily accessible, and bathrooms are immaculate. And, the staff is friendly and courteous. I think it must really hard to beat a service center like this.

The guys here at R&L are the very best at what they do. They have always treated me fairly. Anytime an unexpected concern came up, they would give me a call and make me aware of whatever it was.
