Very friendly , professional, quick.

I arrived here at 3:45pm and the door was locked. They close at 4pm. I drive 60 miles to get here, and paid to tow my vehicle here for an inspection. $400 wasted. I called before hand and was told I could still be assisted at 3:45 pm. Really disappointed.

This is the unfortunate situation at the DMV in our city. They never have enough staff, and if you schedule an appointment, they clearly don't see you at the time you chose. Moreover, most of the staff don't know the difference between someone who has a green card; they assume you have a work permit and that you are not legal. They treat you in the worst possible way. They lack education and manners. The funniest part of the whole situation is that we, the American citizens, pay our taxes to have this kind of people in our public services. I have never felt so mistreated or discriminated against as I have in this place. My complaint could go much further, and I’m sure many people have even more complaints. But unfortunately, no one is making the changes that our city and our country need.

I would give it a five because I love the promptness they offer when open, however to be close three days before New Year is unacceptable, the Google even states they're open
