Cannot say enough good things about this place! Nelly the mechanic just changed my headlight in about five minutes, after a terrible experience with Monro. Charged me fifteen dollars less the Monros quote. This is the second time I’ve stopped here and had a really wonderful experience, I will definitely be taking my business to them from now on. So nice to find an caring honest service station and mechanic!
Went for my emissions for first time there - no wait and polite employees
Emissions is quick. I was 3 deep and waited 20 minutes total.
Carlos was super helpful. He was about to go home, but stayed late to help me with an emergency brake repair. He ran out to get the parts himself instead of waiting for a delivery. Then he quickly replaced my rotor and brake pad so that I could safely drive home. He recommended ways for me to save money--this is a sign of an honest mechanic. I was able to buy what I needed to stay safe. Show me another mechanic who will work until nearly 8 pm on a Friday night--you can't! I was very lucky to get the last-minute help.
The only place to go for emissions testing. All staff are super friendly, careful with the car, never waited for more than 10 minutes (usually no wait). The difference here is they seem to welcome the emissions business, where other places look at it as a nuisance. Makes for a very pleasant experience!
When I bring my car to this place, they always accelerate my car so the engine light pops up,, I don’t recommend this place for emission test
DO NOT get your emissions done on your car here. Although it was very fast process, I was told I needed a new battery even though I drove to the place perfectly fine and I haven’t had any issues. My car is only three years old. The guy said he had to jump start my car twice while working on it even though he started it perfectly fine to drive it into the shop to work on it. So I failed the test even though I have a new car. I tested the battery at my mechanic and he said the battery is good to use. Total scam DO NOT get emissions done here.
