Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change

The Manager of the location is Great! I went in with my Camry yesterday to do an oil change, and the manager was super knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made sure to explain everything throughly. They even did my tire psi and the manager helped me to notice an issue with my tire I had not seen and he even recommended a fix to do myself to fix it. Could not recommended enough the Manager is GREAT! He is the highlight of the location I will be going back for all my oil changes solely because of him.

My husband and I got a $40 Groupon for an oil change at this business, and we were amazed by the service. They did the full oil change and inspection with us sitting in the car. They communicated frequently throughout about what they were doing, they were friendly and professional. They also checked our headlights and break lights, they lubricated the doors, I mean truly went above and beyond. We will definitely come back here over Jiffy Lube just for the quality of service.

I had a fantastic experience at OilStop! Chris assisted me and was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire visit. I used a Groupon, and he was very transparent about the process, making sure I knew the exact price of everything before any services were performed. I only ended up paying $7 in additional fees, which Chris let me know about upfront so there were no surprises. I even called back later with a follow-up question, and he was just as helpful and patient over the phone as he was in person. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely be back!

Probably the most positive oil change experience we’ve had. Professional and fast service and super polite and clear instructions. We were done with everything within half an hour and they gave us free drinks. Coworkers are treating each other very nicely too and the entire environment is clean. Good job!

Very friendly and helpful crew! Clean facility! They did amazing job from start to finish! My tires got pumped up, windshield got cleaned and hinges lunlbricated! By far the best place to do an oil change!

Like you, I've gotten a million oil changes in my life. Usually I just hit up jiffy lube out of ease, but today I tried OilStop. Blown away. Though they do the usual upsell stuff like jiffy lube, they were genuinely nice about me refusing all of those additional services, it was quick, they got me an ice cold coke, and I never left my car. This is where I'll be headed to in the future. Great service. Give them a try.

I come in regularly for oil changes and i rarely leave reviews on places except when its an above average experience, Taylor and Kevin made my oil change experience, while getting two cars oils changed, actually fun. Great people and extremely nice and informative! They honestly both deserve a raise! Taylor is awesome and kevin is a beast!

Sharing this experience as I’m here awaiting my oil change to finish. This place is awesome. They all work well together and prioritize each vehicle that came in as I was here. They communicate effectively as a team and you can just feel the positive atmosphere while waiting. They clean your windows, truly do a 33 point inspection and show you everything they are doing. I had a very good overall experience at the Oilstop location in West Valley. When I first pulled in, Chris was already walking toward my vehicle before I even came to a complete stop. He let me know there was about an hour wait, and when I asked when a better time to come back would be, he told me Monday morning would likely be better. I came back Monday morning and there was no wait. From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was excellent. Derek greeted me right away, guided me into the bay, and the team was ready to help immediately. I was offered a beverage or water, and I never had to get out of my vehicle. The team was professional, friendly, and not pushy with additional services. I appreciated the transparency during the service. They showed me the oil filter before installing it, used a clear pump at the front of my vehicle where I could see the old oil being removed, and showed me the oil level afterward to confirm it was filled properly. The whole service took about 22 minutes. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few items listed with the Groupon offer were either not completed or unclear. I was not told about the $30 second-vehicle voucher, I did not observe the windshield being washed, my door hinges/latches were not lubricated, and my invoice said tire pressure was “not checked — guest request,” but I did not decline that service. Overall, the staff and customer service were excellent, and I would still recommend this location. I just think included items should be completed consistently or clearly communicated during the visit.

The price is way too expensive. Also, if a customer is already paying $116 for an oil change, don’t try to upsell additional services unless they specifically ask about them. Secondly, the customer service could be much better. There was no “Good morning” or friendly greeting when I walked in. Everyone looked like they didn’t want to be at work, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Let’s do better by providing friendly, professional service that makes customers feel appreciated.
