Customer Reviews
We purchased our vehicle from PC Ford back in 2024, a lifted/used 2019 F-250 and with it we purchased an extended warranty. The fuel pump went bad on it and since we moved out of FB/Yulee my husband took it to a dealership closer in Jax with the intent of using our warranty. Well, the other dealership found the issue and tried to submit it through the warranty company (Liberty Shield) and they denied the claim, initially saying the fuel pump didn’t fall under the drive train - then eventually came back and said they wouldn’t be covering the vehicle because it had a lift and oversized tires. Obviously this was absurd considering we purchased the vehicle with the oversized tires - so at this point they needed to refund the policy or PC needed to because we were looking at a 13k repair through the other service department. To make a long story short and simplify many conversations the new finance manager at PC Ford realized the mistake that was made when we purchased the vehicle and where it could’ve been very easy for him to blow us off he did the exact opposite. Dylan stepped up on behalf of PC and had our vehicle towed to their shop, covered the repair, and gave us an extra year warranty- way more than we asked for or expected. They gave us a loaner while the service was completed, which was done quickly- and they were in touch with us every step of the way. I can tell you right now that we have dealt with MANY dealerships, in MANY states and Paul Clark Ford has earned our loyalty as long as we are in the 904. I would recommend this place a million times over.
Great Service Center. My wife and I were on a trip and had a check engine light come on after I tried to replace a trailer light fuse... I know right away that nothing was wrong but the light was still on. I pulled into the service center and asked Brian for help. He went and got a tech right away, got the light turned off and double checked to make sure we were safe to travel... In and out in less than 10 minutes!
Have to give the gentleman with Paul Clark Ford mobile oil change in Yulee Florida a huge thank you! This service has just been implemented at Paul Clark Ford. Jason and Joe were my service professionals who came to my house and explained everything in detail of what they would be doing to change my oil among other check points routine with an oil change. I couldn’t have ask for more respectful, professional and courteous gentleman. All this was done at my home with exceptional care taken for the surrounding property. I am highly recommending this service to everyone.
My experience with this establishment was pleasant from start to finish. I took my car in for an oil change and asked for the check engine light to be addressed. The first service advisor I had did not hear me ask for the check engine light to be addressed so when I picked my car up I didn't have answers. After getting home I asked my partner to pull the codes and let me know what was found. He was able to pull the codes and cleared it to see if the check engine light would come back up. The check engine light did not come back on so I had assumed the problem self corrected. A few days later I started to have white smoke come from the exhaust. I called Paul Clark Ford and explained what was going on and they were able to get me in the following weekend and the wait was very little. Chris (certified mechanic) ran a diagnostics on my vehicle and found that I had an manufacturer defect that would take 2 days to fix once the parts arrived. Thank goodness for warranties as I needed a new engine. The appointment was scheduled and I was told I could drive my car up to the day I was to bring it in. I got a call a couple days early since the mechanic was running ahead of schedule. Brian West in service was my service advisor for this visit and let me just say he was phenominal!! He made the process so easy and even asked to have a couple other things aside from the reason for my service and was able to get it taken care of. Due to the service I received from these amazing individuals I will certainly be returning and referring as many as I can. Thank you so very much Chris for the great work that was done on my vehicle and Brian for being so stellar during the process!!!
Convenient location, hours and service for our car. Seems like they cut corners because the fluid and air filter were not replaced after we had it serviced. The oil was also overfilled.
I’ve had multiple service appointments at this location, and every single time I’ve been met with rude, disrespectful service technicians and managers. The general manager and Paul Clark himself clearly have no control over their staff or understanding of customer service. This is by far the worst dealership service experience I’ve ever had. The employees are unprofessional, grumpy, and completely lack accountability. I will never do business with this dealership again—and after this experience, I will never own another Ford. Avoid Paul Clark Ford at all costs.
The experience started out normal and to my surprise, they got me in next day for a sunroof replacement in my raptor that was leaking through a speaker near glass. However, it quickly went down hill from there. After being texted my truck was being pulled in to the bay , that would be the last time I would be updated on anything for parts, ETA and pick up time. From the time I brought in truck on July 2-July 14, I reached out multiple times and even called service dept to only get answer machine over and over to coordinate a pick up day and time. All I simply wanted was updates to when my truck might be ready! Furthermore, I get home and upon passing by my truck one morning I noticed a long uniformed rough scratch on the driver side fender where the metal bends near the hood! Almost as if a maintenance mat was Laid over my ceramic coated truck and the "dirty" mat etched in scratches where a maintenance guy performed the work. I spent over $1000 to have my $90k truck coated! Thanks Paul Clark service team!!! I know this isn't your personal vehicle, but have some pride in your work! Also, if you are dirty physically and have been working on motors and such, have a clean rep move the vehicle that won't put prints everywhere or have the truck smelling like a greasy barn. Organization and clean maintenance goes a long way and this is coming from a former fighter aircraft maintainer of 20 years.
Took my Ford Fusion in a couple of days ago to get a diagnosis on some A/C issues. Not only did they delay on checking my car nearly two hours after the scheduled appointment time, but they wanted to charge over $2K for routine maintenance issues with the A/C as well as general cleaning and filter replacements. When I declined the service due to the ridiculous cost and stopped by to pick up my car, they were very dismissive of the fact that $2k is too expensive for anyone to pay to have their A/C unit fixed when that could be preferably invested as a down payment for a newer car. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, but unfortunately these types of business practices are common with every Ford dealership that I’ve been to, at least. I would just simply recommend going to an independent business or a local, trusted mechanic that is willing to work on hybrids. Had I known prior to my appointment that this dealership would try to rip me off with labor costs, I would have gone somewhere else.
