I only had the opportunity to visit because I broke down mid- road trip and the crew at Paul Moak took such great care of me, everyone was so incredibly helpful. Morgan in service made sure I had transportation around Town while mine got fixed, and recommended food and attractions near by so we didn’t waste a surprise visit to Jackson in the waiting room. I’d consider making the 4 hour trip to Paul Moak for my next vehicle.
Service is great. They keep me informed on the status of service on my Impreza which is important to me. Great service, great car.
