My mother and I were traveling from Houston, TX in route to Florida when we heard an unusual noise coming from the car. We pulled into investigate the unusual noise. Adam quickly identified the problem and told us not to worry he could correct the issue quickly so we would not have any problems the rest of our trip. He and his team he had working on 5/29/2026 were welcoming, professional and he did exactly what he said he would do. We were back on the road in no time and with no further issues. Thank you again Adam and the Precision Tune Team! If I could give you more stars I would do just that.

They found out everything that was wrong with my 2009 Jeep Commander and tho it was expensive, my car now runs like brand new! Great people and great service! Very 1 on 1 with the customer to meet their needs and expectations.

I was traveling through Louisiana. Precision worked me in quickly so I could continue my trip. The person that checks you in was so nice and understood my issue. I was back on the road in under 30 minutes. The person that did the oil change even put a paper mat on top of my mat for protection. If I lived in that area I would use them regularly. I have a new mechanic!! They have exceptional customer service. I had been scammed by a mobile mechanic and went into their shop very upset. They were so nice and went over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb. I trust them! That is huge! Thank you Adam and team!!

They made the process of having my transmission switched under warranty very simple. My 25 year old vehicle runs like new again. Price was a little high but did great work so I’d be willing to pay it again.

Precision tune auto care has gotten us taken care of every time we’ve called. They’re such a great team and their prompt service keeps my work trucks on the road and running . Even when, we have emergencies They seem to always get us back up in the same day. I will continue to use them and if you want to try somebody in town, New, you should give him a call.

I had a hard time finding a shop to service my 05 Infiniti. I contact Precision. Adam told me to bring the car in and he can see what he can do. Very good auto shop to bring ur car to get fixed. I had 2 motor mounts 1 lower control arm & a valve cover gasket that had to be replaced and it was done to perfection and ssme day service pretty much. Mr Adam might not be a big man but he is THE MAN when u need ur car repaired!!! Thanks for all u done Presicion Auto!!!
