I brought my 2008 Pontiac G6 in for steering issues. It was not feeling safe and I was in the fence regarding repair or getting rid of it. I spoke with Ryan who did a complete inspection of the vehicle and helped prioritize repairs if I planned to keep it. After discussion I had them repair what was needed and they completed them quickly and professionally. I’m very happy with Pro Auto and will be using them in the future!

I have been going here since the beginning. The Mechanics are excellent and the best I've ever been too. I trust them with my vehicles more than I trust my doctor's. Hard honest workers at their finest !!! Thanks to all the pro auto employees for keeping my vehicles rolling safely down the road.

Everything about Pro-Auto is top-notch! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. 🙌🏻 I had interactions with Brian, Ryan, and Ashton and they were amazing. They were able to diagnose the issue with my car, fix it, and have it back to me within in a day. I am a busy mom, with lots of running around to do, but that was not an issue, as they had a loaner car for me to take while my car was being fixed. That alone was already above and beyond what I had expected, and I can't thank them enough for having this as an option. INCREDIBLE customer service!! They treated me with kindness, respect, and overall care the entire time I asked a million questions...and even went the extra mile to ensure I was 100% okay with everything I had them fix with my car. These guys know what they are doing, and I would trust them with my car time and time again. When I tell you that this is the best car repair shop around...this is the best car repair shop around. You cannot do better than these guys. Brian and the team are knowledgable, take great care of their customers and are honest. These are the type of guys that are going to do the right thing, everytime, for everyone. I drive a Toyota Sequoia with 330,000 miles on it. Things break from time to time, and Pro Auto Service has kept me on the road longer than I could have hoped. My car is still running great! I have confidence when I call in that they will give me all my options at a fair price without overselling. Car repairs can be daunting for someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, and Pro Auto has earned both my trust and my repeat business. If you live in Byron Center, Pro Auto Service is definitely where you want to go to get your car repaired. If you live in Grand Rapids or the surrounding areas, Pro Auto Service is conveniently right off the highway and worth the drive for great, honest service.

I have brought two different vehicles to ProAuto over the last year and the experience has been amazing multiple times. They are very clear, communicative, and trustworthy. It is a noticeable difference from other shops around the area who try to upsell or overcharge for extra items. They have reasonable prices, quick scheduling and turnaround, quality repairs, and clearly are invested in maintaining your car within your budget. One vehicle has a small oil leak and they offered me to stop in anytime to top off oil between changes for free. Highly recommend!

I got a nail in my tire and called to see if there was availability to bring my car in. Aiden was very friendly on the phone. Once arriving, the guys there were welcoming, informative and friendly, I appreciated their chat and advice while my tire was patched up. It was so fast and it was FREE. I was so shocked and grateful for such an easy, great experience to a stressful situation. Would easily recommend them to ANYONE.

I highly recommend Pro Auto Service to anyone that has a vehicle issue. Unfortunately, we have had 2 vehicles in the past couple months that needed immediate work and they were able to get them in, diagnosed, and returned to me within 48 hours. Ashton called me right away and walked me through the diagnostics and answered my questions. This team is amazing and does great work!!

My check engine light came on and they were able to get me in right away. Ryan was very helpful with explaining what repairs my car needed and why. She drives like a dream now. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend!
