I’ve been to Rainbow Muffler before, and while the service was okay, it never stood out. That changed the moment the new owner took over. She has completely cleaned house — the atmosphere, the professionalism, the way customers are treated — everything is on a whole new level. She’s uplifting, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about people. You can feel it. I even saw her tell someone trying to sell a car that they would check every detail because the customer comes first. That level of integrity is rare. She gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto shop. Rainbow Muffler is excellent now, and it’s because of her leadership.

Great experience here. The worker was very honest about the work that needed to be done, made great recommendations, and charged a very fair price. Him and the front desk worker were both very kind, hardworking people, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they do. The muffler job came out great and we’re very happy with the results. Everyone around the world who has any type of Catalytic converter problems go to this place! The environment is respectful, and peaceful. Customer service is also really great and the prices are very reasonable trust me you guys won't have any complaints. Thank you guys so much for fixing my Catalytic converters. Honest and hard working mechanic, very low prices and respectful, they do their job with great care.

I spoke with the owner and she quickly understood my muffler needs. We scheduled an appointment and when I got there The mechanics started immediately (no waiting) installing my new pipes on my 1969 Mustang. Within a couple of hours they were finished and did an amazing job. They treated my classic with great care saying how much they enjoyed working on the classic. Went to get my exhaust done and about 2 weeks later had the reweld it because it was cracking. Then a month later it broke off while I was riding and this could have killed me. Luckily I’m ok but they refuse to repair it with no charge even tho they were the ones to work on it.
