Brake job so good I about threw my kids through the windshield. Just kidding! Luke and his team are top notch. They are thorough and do not give you the “I’m trying to shake you down for more money because I know a lot about cars” vibe. Like, they know a lot, but they aren’t slimy about it. Another thing I love about them is I have never felt like they are trying to take advantage of me because I’m just a girl who knows literally nothing about cars.

I had a flat tire right around the corner from Red Rock Towing in Knoxville, and I’m honestly so thankful for the experience that came out of it. Even though they were about to close, the person who answered the phone was incredibly kind and willing to help. Then Luke, the owner, who had just gotten off work, still showed up with a great attitude and jumped right in to help me out. Within 30 minutes, he had my spare on, gave me some solid roadside advice, and sent me on my way—completely free of charge. It was such a refreshing moment to witness a passionate business owner genuinely care for someone in his community with zero expectations. Truly grateful for people like this.

I had tires replaced here, service was quick, and so was ordering and setting up the appointment. Staff was more than polite, and there were no issues with the service I recieved. When getting your vehicle serviced, look at it this way its nice to know what may need replaced what is showing wear...so next time your given a heads up take appreciation or take it and leave it. These folks are knowledgeable and take the time to actually work hard in their community.

These folks go above and beyond!! They were very quick and getting truck towed into the shop. After diagnostics, they worked extensively with Extended Warranty company to get approval for the costs of the repairs! They even allowed me to sneak in on the weekend to pick up my truck when it was done. And to top it off, I was surprised to see they dusted off my dash, vacuumed my front floorboards and hung an air freshener! A+ Service - Highly recommended!

I put off my oil change way too long. Last minute called on Friday after work they were able to get me in 8am on Monday. Very quick and very friendly staff!

The team at Red Rock Towing and Service are amazing bunch of people, they work they do is clearly laid out in a service contract before they start, and no hidden charges and they are upfront about everything. A great family run business, would not trust my vehicles anywhere else!

Luke, Front Desk and Technician all did a fantastic job. Easy drop valued replacement and call when work was done. Would recommend to anyone needing any kind of car service.

I’ve always went to Luke and his team since moving to Knoxville and I always thought he was a hands down to earth kind of guy who valued his customers. However, after purchasing my new Jeep and running it through a diagnostic test, I quickly am learning the hard truth. I was told my Jeep would need almost two thousand dollars worth of “repairs” according to their findings. After speaking with the dealership I purchased my vehicle from, I was shown proof that counters what Red Rock told me needed fixed and that what they said wasn’t the truth. Fast forward a couple months and here I am at the same dealership I purchased from, I’m now being told that the lug nuts have been warped to the point where they can’t be taken off. For a small shop that believes in family values, I’m truly taken back by the amount of lies I’ve been told and continue to find out. To those of you looking for a shop, please do your research and ask around because this isn’t a shop that looks out for you.
