From the very first phone call, I was greeted with professionalism and respect. My car was overdue for a routine oil change and inspection. West Side Auto Pros was able to fit me in quickly working with my schedule, ensuring the process was as convenient as possible! I chose to wait as they worked on my car, and before I could truly settle in to the complimentary coffee, and my waiting book, they were finished. They completed a full inspection, documenting every component with detailed descriptions and pictures. The whole process was enlightening and made it easy to prioritize what needs to be completed. This thorough work also made it possible to do my own research and get a second opinion if desired. I was never blindsided by any charges, their quotes were honest and accurate. Any changes in the agreed-upon plan, was clearly explained before taking action so I could always make the best decision for myself. They worked with me to effectively treat my car within my budget, and even gave me a shuttle home to wait while repairs were made. I work two jobs, am going back to school, and am responsible for driving kiddos around. Without my car, my world would fall apart.. and if anything had happened while I was driving on bad tires and poor breaks.. I don’t even want to think about it.. These days things can get you down, always something to juggle, another problem or expense, people are just trying to get through the day.. when facing a need as important as safe and reliable transportation, I’m so very glad to have West Side Auto Pros on my side! Matt was amazing! He tested my battery and answered all the questions I had very respectfully and even explained how the process goes and what he was doing during each step. He cleaned my terminals for me and tightened them and I was back on the road. Thank you for such amazing service!

I have a very modified vehicle, had been rejected from multiple alignment shops prior. They had took me in, and made sure I was comfortable with the whole loading process, great shop full of great people with happy willing to help receptionist! Gained a costumer!

Man, I was a first time customer today and I’m in the midst of a move. I called up to Westside to see if they could get me in to even look at what was going on with my truck. I talked with Jen, and she was sooo helpful and so friendly. In the midst of this move money has been so tight, so of course my truck had to break down. I wasn’t able to cover the fix that was needed, and Joe ended up taking care of everything for me! He fixed the problem, plus made sure my truck was 100% ready to be road safe for this move. I genuinely don’t think the people here at Westside realized how much they helped me and how much they blessed me today. They were so quick about making sure I was taken care of and did everything in their power to make sure I left happy and satisfied! I have a few friends and family in this area and I will be telling everyone how AMAZING you guys are! I genuinely can’t thank you guys enough!

The professionalism of the whole crew at Westside Auto Pros is amazing, but beyond that professionalism is their overall kindness, generosity and ability to have you feel like you are family – and to be clear, you ARE treated like family! If I could give 10 out of 10 stars to Jen I would! What a wealth of knowledge and experience! She walked me through 3 months of the hardest repairs I’ve gone through with my car. Overall, just an outstanding place to take your car for anything, know and trust that the work is being done correctly and will last, and most importantly, feel comfortable putting your total faith in their ability to do the job right and that you’ll be treated right. First time customers to have service on our family car. Easy to make an appointment, staff friendly and helpful. Repair work and overall cost much less than we were paying at the dealership. Also let us know that one part could be covered by warranty. Much appreciated and we will be back!

I’ve been using Westside Auto Pros for years and I completely trust them with all of my vehicles. They are always professional, honest, and do quality work every time. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can rely on, but I know I can count on them to take care of everything the right way. Highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend these guys for any auto needs! Got my front brakes done with new rotors and pads at a reasonable price and in a timely manner! Used the key drop box and scheduled it in ahead of time so it was ready next day! Very good customer service from communication {updates) to doing everything they said they would. I will absolutely be back for my next hiccup for sure!

This survey is done on Driver Ryan truck 27. This was almost the worst night of my life. I have not had a good experience with Westside Pro but they happen to come and service me tonight on AAA call and I had to admit the service was excellent. Very calm concerned driver good communication worked very carefully late night to NOT…damage my vehicle, assured me everything was gonna be OK at my time of panic was everything that I could ask for great customer service and communication I would like to think Westside auto pros, AAA did a big thing with contract from Auto pros Please keep up the good service
