At Ro-Ro’s everyone there is always polite and courteous. They are very professional in every sense of the word. Their service is always spot on and they are reasonably price and explain everything they are doing or if they find something other than what you brought it in for they will always call you in advance and let you know

Tremendous service, always professional and ended saving me a lot of money by inspecting the connecting wire harness before replacing the part (active grill shutters). Turns out the wires were corroded and the part was fine and didn’t need to be replaced. Saved me significant money on the part and labor charges. Very honest mechanic who’s not trying to always up charge like most auto mechanics these days.

These guys are unbelievable. I recently bought a used car elsewhere and was smart enough to get the 2-year extended warranty. Unfortunately, the engine went on the car within 2,500 miles. I brought it to Ro Ro, and these guys were fantastic. They helped me navigate the process with an awful warranty company and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They truly went out of their way to help me and did it all at an incredibly fair price. Unfortunately, I don’t live that close, otherwise I would bring my car there for literally everything. I usually don’t have a lot of trust when it comes to automotive repair facilities, but these guys are top-notch. I’d trust them to watch my kid 😂 On a scale of 1 to 10, they’re a 100!!

The team at Ro-Ro is phenomenal! My family owns several cars (some are on the older side and some are recent models that are technologically complex) and Ro-Ro has been maintaining them and keeping them all in perfect running condition for us. They are knowledgeable and experienced, prompt and professional, and far better than most other service stations around. I should also add that they are very honest, and unlike some other places, they will not force you to do things your car does not need. I strongly recommend them!

I have used Ro-Ro for many years now after they did me a huge favor and jumped my stranded car in the CVS parking lot across the street from them. I was with my elderly mother and could not have had her walk home, so them servicing the car as I waited was a huge deal for me. After that day, I started going to them for all my maintenance needs, from repairs to oil changes to annual inspections. I have always been impressed with them. Al is especially helpful. Whenever I call or show up with some issue, he always has a solution and great advice. He has saved me a ton of effort and time with his suggestions.
