Very good and professional service

Brought my truck in for a couple things I couldn't handle myself. Within 2 business days (had to order a part from the dealer) both issues were fixed AND they found a problem with the check value on an AC vacuum line that I didn't even know about and fixed that too! Awesome communication and professional work! Thanks Greg Simpson and all of your staff! Oh, and all done within my expected budget.

We were passing through the area and had major car trouble. When we pulled up here, our van could not safely leave to go anywhere else. The brakes had completely gone out. They knew we were far from home and stranded at their shop. They were very accommodating and fair. They didn't take advantage of the situation. They went out of the way to take care of us. We tried to get an Uber to take us to our hotel. The drivers kept cancelling. After the fourth driver cancelled, the mechanic offered to take us to our hotel. The entire staff was wonderful to us. The next morning the mechanics came in two hours early so they could get the repairs finished in time for us to check out of our hotel. They didn't want us to have to pay for a second night at the hotel. The mechanic even called when he was finished and said he was on his way to come pick us up at the hotel. Breaking down is very stressful. We were hours from home. They got us fixed up and back on the road. I'm so grateful for the way they treated us. I can't recommend them enough. Honest and friendly people that know what they are going and go the extra mile to take care of their customers.

I was referred to Simpson' s by a guy at Advance Auto Parts in Denham to get my car inspected. He was EXTREMELY THOROUGH! I ended up with a 30 day rejection sticker but if I fix everything in the 30 days I will not have to pay another $18! At least I am legit all of the way now!

They had my car for almost three weeks and never called about it. When I called to check on it he basically fussed at me. When I finally went to get it, he called me a liar for saying he never told me what was going on with it. When I go it home the check engine light came back on. I don't think they did any work on it at all. I will never go back here.

My husband took my car here for a wheel alignment this morning. They said the alignment couldn’t be done because I needed to replace my control arms. Said they could replace & do alignment for $1100. I told my husband no, take it to our normal mechanic in Baton Rouge. Had the control arms replaced & wheel alignment for $530 dollars! It’s companies like this that make it hard to trust other reputable honest companies. Trying to price gauge on hard working people is not the way to do business! Shame on you!
