These folks are great! I have used the Antioch A Street location several times over the past three years and have found them to be very honest and extremely helpful when advice or referrals have been needed. They gave me guidance to help me pass a check with an older car when another place had just taken my money with multiple failed checks! Take my advice. You can trust these guys!

This place saved us from a huge mistake the DMV would’ve made! We originally visited the DMV to update the information for a recently purchased vehicle. After waiting, we were told the car had a salvage title and that additional paperwork would be required. This was confusing because the vehicle had been sold to us with a clean history, and we had documentation to support it. Despite this, the DMV insisted it was salvage and insisted we come back with further documents. We contacted our salesman, who recommended this location. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted and even offered a drink while we waited. Alex was incredibly professional, he reviewed everything thoroughly, reassured us that the vehicle was not salvage, and quickly identified the DMV’s mistake. They had entered the wrong VIN number entirely. We would have never thought to double check something like that, as you expect accuracy from the DMV. Alex verified all the correct information and had everything resolved within minutes. He made the entire process smooth and completely stress-free. It was truly a pleasure working with him, and we will absolutely be returning for any future needs. Thank you, Alex!
