Fast, easy, and hassle-free. I needed an emissions test on a Saturday and was in and out quickly. The staff was professional, the process was straightforward, and the location was convenient for the Windward/Alpharetta area. After wasting time at another location that appeared open but wasn't staffed, this was exactly the experience I was looking for. Highly recommend.

I looked up places with good reviews and this one looked like a good one. I drove there on a Tuesday around lunch and there was no line. I love that you can pull right in, and the woman who helped me was kind, quick, and helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Will definitively be using them from now on!

Normally I do not leave reviews. This was my first time having an emissions done being that I’m not from Georgia. The young lady with the beautiful finger nails with the personality to match made my experience so very easy. She literally did everything except pay the $25 for me of course. All the places in the area were $25 but none of them seemed to be doing emissions. When I called this place she answered the phone and told me exactly where they were located. This location is inside a Texaco gas station parking lot. There were a few cars already there when I got there but they have 2 machines to do 2 cars at one time and this lady knows what she is doing. She had us all in and out taking about 5 minutes on each car. The little time I was there she was friendly and very helpful with helping me locate the tag office, which was my next stop 4 minutes away to get everything switched over. I definitely recommend this place Crystal was professional efficient helpful and patient with me. See you next year because apparently you have to do this every year! UPDATE Came back this year and the Crystal was still there. Still welcoming when in the cold today. There was like 4 cars before me but the line moved fast.

We bring all of our cars here. Crystal is super friendly and efficient. Never had an issue. They are open just about every day of the calendar year. There is another gentleman but when visiting during the week Crystal is usually always there. Me and my staff love her sweet spirit. The customer service she provides is rare and appreciated.

Comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from surrounding businesses,long term customers and city officials. You’re literally in and out in about 5 minutes once your test is started. No worries about long wait times, there are 2 operating machines. You DO NOT have to exit your vehicle. There is no waiting room or anywhere to sit, outside of your car. Open on JUST ABOUT all holidays. Hours varies during the holidays. Working phone number to actually speak with someone. Highly experienced certified emission techs. Cash and cards accepted as well APPLE PAY (tap or Samsung)

Great employee, easy process, and fast service. Probably the easiest and best emissions test experience I've ever had, and I've been driving in GA for 30 years. The line was short, and the employee was quick. She was also cheerful, engaging, and kind. I felt entirely comfortable and respected when she asked to scan the VIN and plug the device inside the car for measuring. $25 cash or card

Terrible experience. I was left sitting in my car in the hot weather while the skinny lady working there was on the phone and doing random things without even apologizing or acknowledging me. She forced me to wait in the heat, completely ignoring me, and when I finally stepped inside to let her know I was hot, she showed an attitude and told me I could leave if I wasn’t interested. Are you serious? Just because I said I was hot? That’s unacceptable. This place is dirty, shady, and the customer service is awful. She doesn’t know how to treat customers, and management really needs to address this issue immediately. I ended up canceling my emission test and went to another spot nearby that was far cleaner, nicer, and much more professional. Avoid this place if you value respect and decent service.
