The young lady who is the GM was so very helpful. (I wish I could remember her name) She greeted me, walked me through what services I needed, educated me on the other maintenance of my car and simply had great customer service. As a woman we can feel not as secure going to car places to get services done (because of many reasons) however, she made my overall experience wonderful. She deserves a raise & recognition for the value she brings to this company.

Amber was an exceptional in delivering the details of what I needed and providing details of what my needs. She made me feel confident in selecting my service. Her professionalism , courtesy and friendliness made me feel totally at ease. The staff was also very friendly and professional. They had me in and out in no time.

Best customer service I’ve ever received from a business like this one. The manager is amazing and the staff is always friendly and enthusiastic to do the job. Not only were they fast but also very knowledgeable about the services they provide. 10/10 experience and I would recommend this place to everyone I know in the area.

I had such an amazing experience at the SpeeDee Oil on Rabon Road! Amber Johnson truly went above and beyond for me. She personally changed my cabin air filter and took the time to educate me about my vehicle. I’ve always been told my air filters were “fine,” and had no idea there was another filter under the passenger side console. It wasn’t easy to get to, but she handled it with no problem—and did it all with a smile! She & the team improved the overall quality of my vehicle driving experience. My AC/heater work like new and I can breathe clean air again! The entire team was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. They vacuumed out my car as well. This is what 100% customer service looks like. I left feeling informed, taken care of, and so grateful I found this location. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!

I recently had my car serviced at SpeeDee and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel valued as a customer. They took the time to explain the necessary services and even offered advice on maintaining my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. In terms of pricing, I found their rates to be very fair. I will definitely be returning for my future maintenance needs.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Never a long wait. Not only do they service your vehicle, they clean the interior as well. Leave whoever you go to for vehicle service and go to “Speedee Oil Change” ON RABON RD. Right next to the foodlion @ 9003 Two Notch Rd.

First time going for an oil change and I got the 17 point inspection. My car vacuumed and smelled really good. Windows were wiped clean and I got two windshield wipers thanks to Amber and her team. While waiting my daughters enjoyed coffee and Halloween treats for free. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. Use online coupons and go see Amber and her team on Rabon road. I will return!

I have gone to other places for oil changes but none of them have been as good as Speedee. Their customer service is unmatched and they are super quick. They do a thorough inspection on your car and are honest about what you need to replace, and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. The staff is very nice and does a great job. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be back!!

I purchased a Groupon for my mom for an oil change. She was made to feel VERY UNWANTED simply because she had a Groupon. Intitally she was accused of being at the wrong location. Once it was confirmed that she was at the correct location, an employee complained that he would have to send another employee home early because they don't make enough money off of Groupons. He continued to complain to my mother. He told her that he believes the owner does not participate in Groupon sales. My mother SHOULD NOT have been met with complaints and reluctancy from the employees if they have grievances with the shop owner for accepting Groupons. If you purchase a Groupon for an oil change, I would not recommend this location. I purchased a Groupon for myself for the 1101 Broad River Rd. location. They were very friendly, professional, and fast
