Service was exceptional, I was greeted by Nate, who was very polite and professional. He was able to tell right away the type of oil service I needed (full synthetic) and quart amount before I even got out my car. Tim the shop manager looked over my outback and was able to give me some great insight on its condition. I am so grateful for how kind and honest my interaction was today and will certainly be back for my regular maintenance!

Have come here twice and the service is very prompt and the employees are very friendly. I definitely felt like my car was in great hands. If you have any questions, ask for Calvin! He’s super helpful!

This is THE BEST & FASTEST oil change in Columbia, SC. The FRIENDLY staff goes ABOVE & BEYOND to be accommodating. The manager, CALVIN had everyone in the waiting room laughing from the small conversations he had with them. Making it a comfortable environment while we waited. The AC in the office was on HIGH on this 86 degree day. 🤗 The complimentary (FREE 😉👍🏽) DUNKIN DONUTS COFFEE and conversation were delightful. I highly recommend them for their TOP NOTCH PERSONABLE SERVICE.

Went in for a full synthetic oil change on Broad River Rd with my Groupon and Was in & out. Employees were really nice & fast. Estimate for other services like a transmission flush was explained thoroughly & to my surprise they were extremely Pocket Friendly.

Customer service was awesome!! Very clear and straight to the point. No one was trying to get over or me being that I’m a female or fast. Talk me to do anything I didn’t want to… this is my first visit, but it will not be my last and I will recommend them to anybody. I hear need any service done to their vehicles I am very, very satisfied.

I just moved to Columbia and needed a reliable place to have my oil changed, this is the place! Quick service, very informative & topped off my fluids & vacuumed out my car with oil change. All at an affordable price. I will continue coming back!

Earlier in the year I had some non-mechanical problems with a visit. The products and services provided were as advertised but there were communication issues that made me think I was getting the runaround. The new store manager stepped in and made everything right and I came back recently for more service based on his honesty and dedication to good customer service. I'll be back again for more service.

I had such a great experience here! The staff especially Tim, was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. They explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The oil change was done efficiently, and they even checked over my car to make sure everything else was in good shape. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future services and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable auto care!

Everyone was super nice, professional and just so kind to someone from out of town! I would highly recommend SpeeDee in Irmo. Store manger, Tim, is great, Chris was awesome and assisted with a discount deal and the tech guys were attentive and quick.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this SpeeDee location. After a routine oil change, my vehicle developed an issue involving the oil pan. When I contacted the business about my concerns, I felt they were more interested in avoiding responsibility than resolving the problem. What frustrated me most was that the owner stated that I had taken the vehicle to another mechanic and already had the issue repaired, which was not true. Instead of listening to my concerns and working toward a solution, I felt my concerns were dismissed and my account of what happened was ignored. Everyone makes mistakes, but honesty, accountability, and customer service matter. In my experience, this business failed on all three. I cannot recommend this location based on how my situation was handled.” I would avoid this business and find a more friendly location if any problem arises, have someone fix your problem versus run from you or lie. The ownership needs better customer service skills.
