Cory was very courteous and efficient! He got me done in less than 10 minutes and also gave me a suggestion on where to go get my tags! He also wished me a happy birthday! This is the 3rd time that my car has been serviced here and I’ll keep coming back!

This place is the absolute best. Don’t let a line deter you if you see one. The attendant is quick and efficient, and can usually point you in the right direction if you have a maintenance light on!!! 5/5!!!

Jeff did a great job. He had me in and out in no time!! The ability to have my car inspected on a Sunday was very convenient. If you live in the Smyrna area I highly recommend Spring Emissions.

I recently went to go get my emissions done here. I typically go every year to this location, but this year was extremely exceptional. Received awesome, fast, quick, reliable service from Cory, who was so welcoming and nice. He really is great representation for this business. Got emissions tested here, single employee, short wait, did it around 5pm and got my tag sorted at the tag office the next morning no trouble. I've heard of other places operating much sloppier, not reporting the test promptly etc so thought I'd leave a good review for this place.

The 5 star review have to be fake. This was my first time ever having a conversation with Jeff and he was so rude. He wanted to charge $25. The max cost I’ve ever seen was $20. They even go as low as 17/18. I simply asked him a question and he turned his back against me, basically told me to leave and go down the street. I love supporting small business, but with an attitude like that, I can’t. Overcharging people also bc “youre worth it” is ok to an extent I guess. Based on the other reviews, they already don’t want to accept any coupons unless its printed it out. It’s a small business they can allow it but they just choose not to. People just getting greedy now.

I really liked this place but the past experience I had was pretty terrible. There was an older slim gentleman running the show and he had horrible customer service. He was clearly upset that I was even there. No eye contact, told me to get out of the car while it was heavily raining (I had not needed to get out of the car any other time prior to this time), and ignored me when I asked him a question. I’ve never been treated like this here and I don’t even understand why he acted like that since our interaction time would have been short. I told him never mind and went to an emissions place down the road. Don’t waste your time. Just go somewhere else.
