Derrick was my driver may 30, 2024. Absolutely amazing driver, very professional, and was very fast. It took him less than 5 minutes to load the car, and about a minute to unload. Give the man a raise.

Experience was very smooth and professional. Tyler and John did an excellent job!! They responded promptly and attended to my needs. Keep up the good work!! If management is reading this, consider giving them a raise or bonus. Its hard to find people to do their job right the first time!! I'm very grateful and thankful for you!! Have a beautiful day!!

They were nice despite calling early in the morning, fast, and reasonably priced when our son locked himself out of his car. Thanks again!

Fast efficient service

I don't understand why they have a 3.2 rating. I called them after 6:00 p.m. they said they'd be about a half an hour and they showed up 25 minutes later. The driver was professional and courteous. They had the tire changed and we were back on the road within 15 minutes. Definitely would use them again.

I had a good experience with Squires today. The driver was courteous and reassuring though I was very nervous and apprehensive. Other reviewers are correct that the driver is later than the projected time scheduled by my insurance dispatcher, but the care and confidence the driver exuded was definitely needed.

Took 45 minutes to get there and charged $95 to unlock my car

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE. do not use this company to tow your vehicles (they'd probably like it better that way anyway since they hate doing their jobs) my insurance company used them to attempt and tow my totaled car for me. after my car never arrived at my house (nearly 3 hours later) I call the towing company and find out that the tow truck driver said my car "just wasn't where it needed to be picked up" and left my totaled car untowed. my insurance adjuster was there AFTER the tow truck driver and my car was there. he looked at it and called me and told me it was there AFTER this tow truck driver said it wasn't there. (tow truck driver was there at 9:10 and my insurance adjuster at 9:33) when I called the tow company I got tons of lip and attitude, they treated me like I was the problem when their driver was simply too lazy to pick my car up. so yeah, would definitely choose someone else as I will be doing. (they've also left tons of other people stranded—as i now see from the other reviews)

Very unprofessional, and difficult to work with. They are all about accruing storage charges, as well as making it difficult for other companies to work with ( again, all about making scandalous charges) I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Their google rating really says it all. I work in the auto industry and had a hard time working with them. They made an elderly couple jump through hoops just to get the car to our shop. Only way they would work with the elderly couple was if they use Squires to tow it away. Very unfortunate. Again, their reviews and google rating say it all!

The service was ridiculously bad. They had my car for about 2-3 days and couldn't determine the problem. They for some reason thought the ignition switch needed to be replaced and wanted the car sent to a Pontiac dealership. Instead, I had my car towed to a more reliable mechanic. It turns out that the problem was a simple wiring problem that should have been easily found in less than a day. On top of all that, they left a nice 6 inch crack in my front windshield. This was my first and last time using Squires. Way too unprofessional.
