Christmas day my 2008 Toyota Tundra with a lift kit and large tires. Had three of the five bolts on my passenger side front tire sheared off, I had to drive/limp my truck 2 miles to Steve’s Automotive Repair where we had a conversation and Steve was extremely upfront and honest with me and lived up to every expectation that he presented in the original conversation. I fully expected to pay $500+ so when the bill came to $167.98 I was floored. Amazing service, extremely honest,great job managing my expectations, and all for a very reasonable price.
Called on a Friday morning with oil issues, was told I'd get a call that afternoon to schedule an appointment. Nothing. Got the car in at another shop (appointment scheduled on the first call) took it to the shop and got problem fixed before I ever heard back almost a week later to even schedule. I'll give you 2 stars for actually returning the call finally but you lost a customer.
Left a vm to get my car looked at. Never got a call back. Last time it took them 3 days to call me for something… they must be killing it if they can just keep blowing people off.
