Tim and his team are the best in class. They are professional, friendly, accommodating and they are honest and fair when it comes to assessing, quoting, and working on your vehicle. It’s difficult to find good people who do great work that you can really trust on European cars, but Tim and his team are exactly that. I’ve had my Audi Q7 serviced here and they did a great job and didn’t overcharge me for parts or service. I have a high mileage Audi, so I come to Tim often for different problems that arise with my vehicle and he always accommodates me and is able to take the car in and assess it quickly and often times is even able to order parts and work on the car quickly too, which is very helpful. Highly recommend!

I had recently changed my license plate to a specialty one, but the car dealer had attached the back plate with screws requiring neither a Phillips nor straight head attachment. I pulled in & asked if they could switch out the plates for me. There was only one mechanic I could see that day, and he seemed busy, so I offered a token $amount for taking some of his time. He shook his head and waved me off. I wanted to post to let people know (especially German car owners) the great service I received without being a client!

As always, Tim and his staff are not only amazing at car repairs but their customer service is second to none! I have been a long time customer and they go out of their way to help their customers and give honest assessments about your car with decades of experience behind them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Love this place! They do great work in a timely way. I went there for routine maintenance because my car was driving very bumpy on our local roads. The garage rotated and balanced the tires, made a few adjustments and the car drove like a Mercedes after that (it wasn’t)! I like owner Tim not only because he’s nice but he’s a straight shooter. You can count on him to be honest and transparent about your car. I always have a positive experience there.

10 years with Tim. Always a great experience and service, honest and professional. I trust Tim and his shop with my cars. He rebuilt my B8.5 A4 engine a few years ago and it’s been running great since, no oil consumption anymore. He also brought my 81 928 back to life so safe to say modern or classic, they can do it. I’ve been coming to Sudbury Motorworks for years. Most recently my car needed multiple repairs including related body damage. Tim came up with a plan to handle everything, even outsourcing the minor body work at a predicted price and completed everything in just one day’s downtime. When I find a good service source I stick with it. Tim is the real deal.

Every time I’ve brought my BMW to Sudbury Motorworks, I’m always impressed with the quick service and the fair prices. When needed, they will offer you a loaner car as well, which to my knowledge is almost unheard of outside of a dealership. Very satisfied customer!!😊
