Take 5 Oil Change

When I arrived the bays were full. Within 1-2 minutes I was greeted with a bottle of water, my information was taken and I was continuously being updated on how much longer until I was in a bay. From there, it kept getting better with communication and service. One of the best car services I have ever experienced and I am an old lady!!! Thank you Take 5 team!

Technician was very helpful and thorough in making sure other service concerns were talked about without heavy pressure. The wait to get emissions was relatively short considering end of month rush. Quick and efficient service stop.

The guys and gals here are friendly and very professional. They know their business and are quick and precise. Yesterday I did emissions check and registration on my wife's car and last month did some lube services my truck. I appreciate their thoroughness, and trust their judgment. Sometimes you can get caught in a wait to get into the bay, probably because this 5 Minute is pretty popular, but once inside they are all business.

Had a great experience at Take 5 today. Joey was incredibly down-to-earth, professional, and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. His customer service stood out, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience, not just getting cars through the line. Employees like Joey are a big reason people come back. There were a few things Take5 noticed during my oil change that they do not help with, but I was advised what was a priority, what was needed and why, and even given a part number I could buy myself. They went so far above and beyond for me. I thanked them and joked I havent dated a man in a while and it shows, the staff I was speaking to said "you dont need a man, ma'am, we're here for you". And I honestly cannot imagine a better response! Absolutely excellent service and this is just one of the reasons why Take5 is my go-to.

Jose and team(I was helped by a couple other technicians but didn’t get their names) were super friendly and efficient! I was there to just get my emissions and on the spot renewal done. But they still topped off my fluids, filled my tires, and checked my air filter at no extra charge. Competent and friendly customer service is rare these days! Great experience over all! I liked the idea of never leaving the car, and a fast oil change. While the claims of "faster than you can check the forecast " aren't realistic I was in and out with great service and decent prices.

Went in for emissions test, 2 cars ahead of me, no problem. I was offered cold water, very professional people. Waited about 15 min. They inspected my vehicle for any major issues and performed emissions testing. One stop shop, love it!

Look, I just moved into the area and needed someone to help with emissions. They offered a lot more to me but right now I didn't need it. There was no pressure which I appreciated. Staff were super friendly and willing to answer questions like how much my car oil change would be. Very quick and happy with the service

I have used this place many times. This last time I went, they claimed the oil container was damaged and put a temporary seal over where the oil comes out. This is the first I have heard of the thing being damaged and I am not convinced it did not happen here at Take 5. I left very disappointed, took the car to the mechanic, and now I am looking at a $700 repair. I do not know what to believe, but I cannot shake the feeling Take 5 damaged my vehicle and tried to pass the blame on someone else.

Got an oil change and coolant flush a couple days ago at the Riverdale location. Service there was great. The lady that served me told me to stop by any take 5 and just have them quickly check the coolant in a couple of days because of bubbles and they will top me up. Saw two Free bays open at the South Ogden branch as I was driving by, so decided to "quickly" get this done. They pulled me right into a bay and then left me there for 40 minutes. Finally I had to call over a person. Literally took him 2 minutes to open my cap and add a tiny bit of coolant. By the time I left they were stacked two deep in every Bay and hadn't even gotten one car out. What a joke! I'm going to hit the jiffy lube next time I need an oil change because of this bad service.

Too many people standing around, they were out of oil and I had to pay more for a higher grade. It took almost 30 minutes. Things on my list weren't checked even though they say yhey were, such as tire pressures. They said my wiper fluid was fine but I had notifications from the car it was low. I filled it myself at home. I asked for the cabin air filter to be checked and they said sure but then said they couldn't. I feel discriminated on for being a female. The male drivers were treated better in the other bays. I've gone for years but it's gone severely downhill.
