Take 5 Oil Change

I recently took my car in for an oil change, and I had a great experience. Mason provided excellent customer service and made sure everything was taken care of efficiently. I received a full-service oil change and emissions test at a fair price, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. I never encountered any issues and felt valued as a customer throughout my visit. I highly recommend this shop for vehicle maintenance and services. Great team, great service, and a positive overall experience!

These guys are incredible & professional!! I drove in just prior to an alarm going off for a carbon monoxide alarm (it was false)they very politely asked me if I'd like to exit my car while the fire department did their thing. When they were finished they very professionally went to work on my car. They said sometimes they have bad days! I'll go back there probably many times over!

Every time I go get my oil changed, everyone is so nice and informative. I drive by 2-3 oil change places on my way here. My husband and I have been going since they opened. Very trustworthy people. Also, the manager is always there and helping with anything that anyone needs help with.

The guys at Take 5 were awesome. Extremely courteous and very respectful. They worked quickly to get me back on my way and explained options I was confused about. They even taught me about the air conditioning filter in the glove box that I never even knew existed! Now my car is prepped for a long road trip!

Andrew and jhariel were great! They went above and beyond for me! And we had great conversations while they were servicing my vehicle! I will be back to the same location for all my other oil changes. They both deserve recognition. Thanks guys!

I had the coolest guy help me out with my emissions and registration! He was so kind to me and was able to break the process down for me. He was thorough in his explanations and was happy to answer ANY questions I had! I unfortunately didn’t get his name however, he’s got cool gauges and a steak tattoo. Thank you for your amazing service!!!

I don’t leave reviews often, but I had to share my experience. I stopped here to get an oil change before an upcoming trip. I was blown away by their honesty when they told me my oil was still clean and levels full and that I don’t need an oil change yet. Most places will try to upsell everything and get every penny out of you. These guys not only said I didn’t need an oil change but also topped off other fluids for free. I’ll definitely he coming back here in the future!

They were incredibly nice and very accommodating. I give you a free water while you wait and you stay in your car the entire time. The manager comes and talks to you after the service to see if you were happy. The prices are definitely overpriced but they give you a coupon so came around to be about an average price of what you pay anywhere you go. They offer free oil top offs anytime after you have that until you are due to come in again and they do several free services like check all of your engine liquid and I believe they checked my tires I can't remember I think they did that if you want them to. They're super nice and as I said very accommodating. Sounds so very quick service. They have other things that they can say but if you say you're not interested they back right off and apologize and say they're not trying to upsell they just are offering other services if you're not interested they immediately stop and don't try to sell you anymore so that's nice. For the extra service and the extra oil top box you can come in anytime to get, I would say it's probably worth the few dollars extra that you pay after the coupon.

My spouse recently visited this Take 5 location, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The staff repeatedly pushed additional services, and when my spouse politely declined, they were made to feel guilty for not buying the extras. No customer should ever feel shamed for simply saying “no” to a sales pitch. Just drive by this location. No one is ever there. There’s a solid reason for this. Plus they have raised the prices of oil changes. Seriously. Nightmare. I’ll never go back to any Take 5 location, so I guess I should be more grateful

I went here to get my oil changed. If I could give them 0 stars I would for three reasons: 1. They did not fully secure the plate covering under my car and it dislodged while I was on the freeway causing me to get stranded on the side of the road waiting for somebody to come and jack my car up so I could fully remove the plate and take it somewhere to fix it and do my oil change 2. They weren’t even able to do the oil change because they couldn’t get the plate off (interesting because it came off while I was driving and the screws were almost all the way out) 3. They didn’t have any knowledge about oil and couldn’t tell me the difference between the oils they were trying to sell me. Ultimately I paid them (I let them change my engine filter) to ruin my car and my night.
