Take 5 Oil Change

My husband and I both took our cars in at the same time. They got us right in and were all so nice to our daughter!! ❤️ Before we left my husband text me saying "I love this place" and he's a tough critic.. so much so he does most of our car work himself.. I'm so thankful we found you guys! Thank you all so much!

I went in there for an oil change. They checked my oil and determined that I was okay for a while longer that it wasn't necessary yet. Saved me money and time. Chandler was amazing. He talked me through everything. They were all super nice. They washed my windshield. They checked my air in my tires. They refilled all my fluids. I ended up buying a fuel system flush thing the thing that goes in your gas tank because he was telling me about it and I thought it was a good idea. My car is running amazing! I was so happy it was such a good experience. Would 100% go again ❤️

We've gone here a few times and it's been a great experience every time. It's quick, convenient, and reasonably priced. The workers were very friendly and honest and it was a very comfortable experience working with them. In fact, the last time we went for an oil change they told us we didn't need one yet and said we would be wasting money to change it now. I never thought I would hear any auto worker say something like that and now I doubt we'll go anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow! They were GREAT! We arrived 10 minutes before they were supposed to open! It was kind of an emergency as we were headed out on a road trip to Iowa and had totally forgotten about getting my truck down to pass emissions and to get registered. But they handled it all in no time and were not only quick and efficient but very courteous and friendly! I truly appreciated their care and service! Plus it was a BIG BONUS for us that you opened at 7!

Fantastic service! The technicians are qualified at every aspect of what they do. They use the correct oil type, the correct oil filter, and apply the correct torque to the oil pan bolt, all specifically for your vehicle. Once the oil change is completed, a second technician checks that each step was done right and complete. In my case they went above and beyond to special order the oil I needed (I have a very rare car) and had it to their store within 10min! One gentlemen also had a gift to inspect other fluids and explain how to read when they are ready to be changed. I appreciated the recommendations. This was my FIRST time ever letting someone else change the oil on any of my vehicles, and I could not have asked for better service. Thank you Take 5!

These guys were friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They checked my air filter and confirmed it looked new, and also inspected my wiper blades, which were in good shape. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity

My technician was prompt and was there when he said he would be. Was pretty much able to pass the keys to him and he took care of everything. Afterwards he was sure to give me any details i needed for making sure i didn’t undo any of his work. Would recommend. I will say sometimes their prices can be a little higher but they were professional and timely and that’s what’s more important to me

This location is my favorite to come to. The staff are always so friendly and quick! And even when they can’t be quick, they give a very good experience and will chat and personable with you. I enjoy that very much. Today I had Dillon and Terry who were both absolutely fantastic. Got my wipers changed quickly and even gave me a new mileage sticker because I lost mine! 1000% recommend!

I was in a bind and needed immediate service, unable to make an appointment at my mechanic and wait. I was referred to Take 5 on Riverdale. The guys working there are pleasant, accommodating, and efficient. Sam and Chandler were able to get my truck in and provide service. Saving me time, money, and a lot of frustration. Very professional and clean environment. Provided me with water and treats for the pups while we waited. Would definitely go back.

Just finished getting my oil change and emissions done at this location. Great service. The 3 guys that helped me were quick, professional, helpful, and nice. I was really impressed with how they welcomed me to their shop. I arrived at 9:45. I knew they weren't open until 10 am. I was more than happy to wait until they opened. One of the 3 employees came out and welcomed me. He informed that they weren't quite open. I mentioned that I was aware and that he didn't need to come out to greet me. He told me it was just fine. He asked what I needed done and once they opened they'd take care of me. Great service all around. That was very nice of him to come out and say welcome when he didn't need to. Incredible service!
