Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had such a great experience getting my oil changed! Trey, the manager on duty, provided super fast service and was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. He even noticed my baby in the back and was so thoughtful and considerate, which really meant a lot to me. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make people feel taken care of. His generosity truly meant so much to me and made my day. It’s rare to come across that kind of service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Trey and the rest of the team did a great job servicing my car! They were extremely prompt, upfront about everything they were doing, and kept me informed the entire time. Would recommend to anyone needing to get a quick oil change!

The hospitality shown by the workers at Valvoline exceeded my expectations when getting my oil changed. Tre has excellent customer service and was such a pleasure to talk to! He helped me understand regardless of the complexity of my questions and truly was a joy to be serviced by him!

Another great VIOC experience. They still have the same SOP’s as when I worked there over 15 years ago and everything is double checked and verified. Got a battery replaced and the customer service was excellent. They even went to the auto parts store to get a memory saver to save me time. I’ll be back!

Sam did an amazing job fixing a problem that happened to my daughter’s older car when she got an oil change in her college town. He explained all what was going on and apologized for how long it took. Honestly, I was so grateful and thankful for all that he did for me! Awesome service!!

The assistant manager SAM was top notch! Really nice guy and runs an amazing crew at this location! I’m seriously going to drive here from now on. Worth the extra 15 minutes drive for the customer service they provide.

Hi there I've always had great experiences going to Valvoline. I'm kind of limited I have a box truck that will only fit in two of the Valvoline branches in the area one in Festus and one in Eureka. Up until now everything's always been great that's why I always return. But the last two times I came in for an oil change we were unable to have the service performed due to Valvoline being out of my oil filter the first time and the second time there was no one currently at the branch that felt comfortable enough to perform the oil change after we actually brought our own oil filter this time just in case. It was disappointing because currently we are over due for our next Oil Change. We were hoping for management to take these under consideration and we were hoping for a substantial discount on our next services please..thank you

Incompetent staff that needs more training!!!!! It took over 10 minutes for them to get the oil refill cap off and then they lost it for another 5 minutes or more. The tech in the pit had to come up and find it. I’ll never use this location again. Unbelievable 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I had my oil changed and my tires rotated here on June 1. Later that day I noticed that one of my hubcaps was missing, and since I noticed this after the store had closed for the day, I drove to the store the following morning and politely asked the manager to look into this matter. He said he would and that he would get back to me, but he never did. Throughout June, July, and August I would call for updates, and I was told that the hubcap had been ordered from Mazda, but that it was on back-order. It is now September 7, and I still have no hubcap, and the manager has never called me.

Always does my oil change right (so far, writing this as I am still waiting in lane 2 now for my oil change), replaced my battery, wipers, and my air filter in the past, all fine. Pulled in today with all 3 stalls taken, and the 2 on the right with cars behind them, so I obviously take the spot behind the car in the stall without another car behind it. Then a glass company vehicle pulls in to lane 2 and the other car moves up. My lane finally moves forward after I've been sitting here for 20 minutes, and they tell me to instead back up and let this guy in front of me because "he was here first" yeah right, if he was he would've taken the open spot in lane 1 before me. Great way to run the place, letting other people have priority. SMH
