⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service! I had a great experience from start to finish. Brian and Sam provided outstanding customer service and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I brought my vehicle in for a transmission drain and fill along with an oil change, and everything was completed by the end the day. When I picked up my car, it drove wonderfully, and I could tell the work was done with care. They were professional, honest, and even gave me a discount on my final bill, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Brian, Sam, and the entire team if you're looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be back! La Gina
Brian was amazing! I walked in the door and was greeted within seconds. I felt heard as a customer, and my car was back to me 6 hours before promised time! On April 8, 2026 I had an appointment to have my 2017 Dodge ram 1500 4 x 4 scheduled to have the rear end and transfer case serviced. This is when I found out that there are still honest automotive and professional shops that do exist I was advised at that time that neither one of those items needed to be serviced as the fluids were still doing the job they intended to do. I also asked that all the universal joints be checked they were and I once again was advised that everything was in proper working order. This could have been a very expensive repair if Dave and the people at the shop were dishonest as so, many of them are nowadays just to sell parts and make money I am so appreciative. This is a quality operation. The staff there was very friendly and I can’t give them more than five stars but if I could, I would..Steve Moulton
Brian and his team are amazing. Brian advised me to get my car done and told me it would be worth getting fixed rather than loaning a whole car. Dealing with cars is a gamble but he was right and wasn't pressuring me, just purely advising. I always recommend AAMCO, but this one is the best that I have ever been too. If you need an estimate on anything, go to Brian because he will tell you right then and there if you should get anything done after a free diagnostic test. Thank you and your team, Brian! Because of you guys, my car is running like brand new. Yall are amazing.
Work was fast and complete. Very kind and polite and helpful interaction with customer service. And very important is their work is always guaranteed. This made me feel more confident and relaxed. I will be returning!
Came here for the first time 11/5/25. Front desk gentleman was friendly and professional. Checking car for transmission issue turned out to be minor exhaust issue which they explained very well and they took care of in no time while I waited. The diagnostic was no charge which was really appreciated. They seem quite honest and professional and the ‘Hoosier hospitality’ is always appreciated. The visit and experience couldn’t have been better. Moved here recently from a different state where this type of service can be somewhat hard to find.
Excellent and honest service. I took my car to the dealership and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Nick and Dave diagnosed the problem right away. Also, thank you to Kevin for coordinating and communicating throughout the repair!
I took my vehicle to AAMCO after the Honda dealership told me it would be four weeks before they would even look at my issue. They correctly diagnosed my issue and gave me options to consider. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.
I took my car to this company to have the transmission inspected. The price for repair was unreasonable compared to other companies. Specifically, the store told me that I needed a completely new transmission and it would cost $6,100. Additionally, the employee told me that in addition to the new complete transmission, I would need a new "drum band." I called around and learned that when the complete transmission is replaced, a new drum band is part of that. The drum band should not have been an additional charge. Under no circumstances can I recommend this company for service. In fact, do not use it. Frank Blacksher.
I had a horrible experience working with AAMCO, and would not recommend for repairs, especially if you want to use the warranty on your vehicle. Went to get an inspection for my transmission, which quickly identified the need for repairs. From there, Kevin and AAMCO lacked any sense or urgency and it would require me to follow-up almost daily for him to communicate with the warranty company to coordinate repairs. I was getting consistent dishonest communication from Kevin about the timing of messages between him and the warranty company. What the warranty company was telling me was always different from what Kevin would communicate, which resorted to me requiring all communications in email so that there would be documentation of what Kevin was saying. Also, it would take days or even a week for AAMCO to respond to the simplest of requests for the warranty company and this kept delaying the progress of the work. After 6 weeks, I finally got impatient and took my vehicle to another repair shop without having any meaningful work done by AAMCO. All of this should've been solved weeks before if there was even the simplest level of consideration done by AAMCO.
