My car needed a timing chain replacement and a general tune up for spark plugs. The team communicated very well and even put me in a courtesy car for the time they had my vehicle. In a time of need, they also offered a number for a towing service, which is to be reimbursed by the company. Kyle was extremely personable and dealt with many phone calls I gave their company — with grace! 100 percent would recommend Rightway to the next person I encounter who needs service done to their vehicle.

Not that anyone enjoys having to deal with vehicle issues, but the Rightway crew removes the worry around being mistreated and/or overcharged. They do a thorough, quality job at a fair price and they do it with impeccable customer service.

They stayed in communication with me for the entire time and they got my car fixed pretty quick and they had to do some major repairs I was overall extremely happy with the whole experience

Seems like a really good place that was recommended to me. I feel they may do good work, but I never got the chance if you have a car that you aren’t worried about getting back within the next week they’re cool to drop off too, but don’t wait till you get the quote and find out you can’t do the work right then you gotta hop back in line and wait another two weeks to get anything done but they will communicate. They just take a long time. I was told having trouble keeping techs But reasonable nonetheless
