Jeremy, Gary, and the crew were great! I was in a bind and I called and spoke with Jeremy. My wife's Suburban had some serious transmission problems and we needed it fixed before a vacation. They did everything in their power to get the suburban diagnosed and fixed in time for our vacation. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a positive service experience.

Just had to have transmission rebuilt brought it in to have fluid, filter change possible problem they found a major issue. Thank you to Gary & the crew at aamco for being so compassionate and repairing my tahoe so promptly. It was expensive but when it comes to vehicles what isn't.. When buying a used truck, you never know what troubles you encounter down the road as they say. Shortly after my purchase I started experiencing transmission issues. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MIRACLES do happen and that’s exactly what AAMCO in Concord, NH did for our family. Our 2016 Kia Sorento suffered a sudden engine failure at just 70,000 miles, despite meticulous maintenance with oil changes every 5,000 miles. We were on a family trip when the dash lit up with warnings and the engine went into limp mode. Stressful doesn’t even begin to cover it. After towing it to AAMCO Concord, they confirmed the engine needed replacement, but instead of leaving us with devastating news, they immediately reassured us and went above and beyond. Even though they didn’t have to, they worked directly with Kia to pursue a warranty extension claim, knowing this kind of failure wasn’t right given the mileage and service history. Thanks to their persistence and professionalism, Kia approved the claim and covered a brand-new engine at no cost to us, saving us thousands of dollars. Honest, compassionate, and truly customer-focused ! I can’t recommend AAMCO Concord enough. We are incredibly grateful 🙏🏼

AAMCO is amazing!! Went in to just ask a question. The owner looked at my tires and stated I did need new tires and the other place I was at was not trying to rip me off by buying new tires, but were ripping me off with price. Jeremy gave me the best price and took care of my car right away. Thank you so much for not trying to sell me garbage.

Gary has been amazing and super helpful throughout my career issues. He’s has been very communicative about the status of my car any bumps in the road he worked very hard to help me get through them. One issue I had was being able to get around and to and from work. Gary has amazing customer service skills and truly cares about people and does everything he can for them.

It took a while to get my vehicle actually being worked on, but that was partly from my having to make some decisions before proceeding. Work is in progress now - I will update on that later. But in the meantime, I feel I was kept in the loop and properly educated by Gary about what needed to be done and why. I did not feel pressured, but was given the time I needed to research my options, and make more informed decisions.
