Stacy was very helpful throughout my car service visit. She kept me informed about the service estimates and promptly notified me when my vehicle was ready for pickup. She was professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. I appreciate her excellent customer service and would be happy to work with her again.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed for today. I dropped my vehicle off for the day because I work across the street, which makes it convenient. After my shift was over, I went over to Honda to pay for the service and go on with my day. They didn’t get the correct service done for the appointment, so I had to stay for an extra 15 mins (which wasn’t even a full 15 mins) once they were done. They didn’t even charge me for the initial service I had requested. They are very wonderful here. Since I started coming here for my oil changes (which is also cheaper than where I have gone) the service I get from everyone is just beyond wonderful.

Amazing service! They send you videos of what they find with your car before they do any work. They communicate all the information on your car, what needs to be done and explain any questions you have and provide more details than I've ever seen at any auto shop or dealership I've ever worked with. The people are pleasant and super helpful. You should bring your car here they have the best service.

Great service experience at Grappone Honda. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout - they even had me speak directly with the service tech to be sure all my questions were answered and ensure my requests were addressed! I am very impressed with the professionalism and care given during this visit. All concerns were addressed and solved in a very timely manner. I love Grappone!!

Unfortunately, I happened to get paint on my car from the freshly painted lines because of an obstacle that had to be avoided. As a result the driver side tire wells and the lower trim had a new speckled yellow appearance. Grappone Honda was able to remove all of the paint without any issues. Fortunately for me it was covered by the Zurich Shield warranty I had purchased when I bought the car. Three service trips so far that have been handled in a truly professional manner. Will be a life long customer!

I am always pleased with my Grappone Honda service. I had a caliper problem while on a quick trip to NH with my son who needed to be back at work by the end of the weekend. Grappone took me in even though it was entirely unscheduled, showed me the inspection video, gave me the estimate for a fairly extensive repair, and had me on the road again so I could return home Sunday. I am so appreciative of Grappone’s effort to accommodate my needs. Thank you, Grappone.

I showed up without an appointment and everyone there was outstanding and incredibly helpful!!! Have had honda's from the first to come to the states, which was the CVCC and have to say, this group was the MOST PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. i have ever dealt with and truly, this is not an understatement!!!! HAD JUST DRIVEN FROM florida to New Hampshire. Which they did not know and I was exhausted and they were truly truly amazing! I wish I could remember the names of the two people that I dealt with because they were outstanding. Whenever I own a business, I would want those two people at the head of the group. Whomever hired these two individuals deserves a metal. I am seventy eight i have an engineering degree, and in liberal arts degree, and people treat me as though i'm old and doddering and these two war is so polite and went out of their way to help me. Amazing amazing employees!!!!

Had a appointment. Got in on time. Was met by an excellent greeter in the garage. Very helpful and upbeat. Quickly referenced my appointment and processed me in. Service advisor verified work to be done. About 1/2 hour later I was done and on my way. Very helpful and efficient process.
